Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I currently am Unemployed so log time will not be an issue, I tend to tell new marines and recruits the rules and STRONGLY suggest they follow them as I do not want them to get kicked or banned simply because they decided to think 'oh I don't know the rules' (I have been told that sometimes)

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I was a Admin for another server that shut down due to not very good popularity, I was an admin for roughly 2 months give or take. the Servers name was Albinosa exe. I was also an Admin on revival HaloRP for roughly 3 months but lost the title due to my computer breaking down for 2 weeks and I couldnt put in an LOA.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why? I have been banned permanently from the SCPRP server for fail rp, however I was always following the rules of the server at all times. (However it was during the mass resignation, and they thought I had something to do with it) But after speaking to one of the head admins I am back in the server and have all my paid items back as an apology for the misunderstanding.
How will your activity be on the server? Every day after I do my morning routine of cleaning.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I enjoy playing on the server and want to let the people who join the server enjoy it as well, so they keep coming back. I despise people who break the rules of the server just for a quick laugh, or just to be a jerk. I also want to help those who have been here longer than I have enjoy their time so they don't feel the need to leave. What I am saying is, I want to help the members of this server, and in doing so help myself to enjoy this server to its full potential.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):By remaining online for hours on end (avg of 8-14 hours if necessary) I can benefit the server by remaining vigilant for anyone who is breaking server rules such as RDM, Harassment, etc etc. People should enjoy the game they are playing, not hate it for someone not following the rule, as well as maintaining a watchful Eye on the admin chat for anyone needing assistance.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I am a funny and outgoing guy that loves to bring a smile to peoples faces, however I also know when I need to be serious, and when to crackdown on a player for doing something wrong. However even though one deserves punishment there is always two sides to every story, so if there was ever a conflict between two players, I will be sure to get both sides of the story before I pass judgment, along with anyone who witnessed the incident if possible. Everyone including staff deserves to feel at ease when around other players and staff. I hope to help bring the community to this stage and beyond. ^.^

Explain what minging is:
Minging is when someone does not RP and goes around doing whatever they want, and not acting like the person they should be in RP, this can be like not obeying orders from an NCO+, RDM's, and rule breaking.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
For the first offence, I would simple give them a verbal warning, stating that they are to act the way they should be or they will be given a warn. If the said player continues, I will bring them to me, and give them a warning and give them another verbal wanting stating that if he does it again he will be kicked, and if he comes back and still does it he/she will be temp banned and they need to behave in the future, in the case of RDM/MassRDM I would have to ban them and advise my superiors so they can dish further punishment if needed
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is an event surrounding an action that a character commits that is not probable. For example if you are a MP you cannot arrest someone without a viable reason to do so. Another example would be to take a flying vehicle without a Pilots authorization and claim that you do.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Fail RP should be deal with a warning (verbal if necessary) should the offender continue to FailRP a kick will be issued, when they return it will result in a 1 day ban if they commit the act again.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): RDM will be dealt with by kicking the player telling him that the next time he RDM's he will be banned for 1-3 days. Should he return and RDM again he/she will be banned for 3 days, or another allotted time. MASS RDM however will result most likely in a 3-5 day ban

IC or IN Character is when the player is RP'ing and playing the game with his fellow players.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Should this occur I would bring them both into a admin sit and ask what is going on between them, listen to both their stories and give them advice and inform them that they are bringing OOC into IC. And that can be considered FailRP. I would try to help them through it and give tips on how this can be avoided.
For example: Player A and Player B are arguing about the outcome of a 1v1 in CQB OOC as Player A is accusing Player B of using a weapon they both agreed would not be used, soon escalating it to the point where both Players IC begin to argue or fight whenever they meet outside of OOC. Since this can cause problems for other players I would want to intervene to help sort it out.
