Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Where to start? Let’s start with who I am then my experiences. The name’s Pj and I’m 16 going on 17. I am currently a Cadet Chief Petty Officer in my NJROTC Unit and I’m also currently the Assistant Armory Officer. My schedule changes due to Color Guard. I bring up JROTC to show that I have discipline to be apart of a staff team, as I am already apart of my JROTC’s staff. For my experience on GMOD, I have put close to 1000 hours into RP alone, mostly MRP. I have seen a lot and done a lot, I generally have knowledge on many situations that I can help with. I however do know my limits, if I feel I can not handle a situation I will pass it up the CoC (Chain of Command)

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I feel I am better than the other candidates because I am more experienced. I have been in roleplay communities for a long time now and I’ve seen a lot. I’ve seen many situations that could have been handle better, but I was powerless to help. I respect those appointed over me. I’m better because of my experiences to, along with the communities I was involved with. They have changed and form me. I have seen people from all walks of life and I have learned there stories. I’ve had their stories in mind when I would help a player. I’ve seen many good things and bad things with administrations. Some killed sever pops by minging, yet I was powerless, but that did just wash past me. I chased it, caught it, and used those bad experiences to make sure I never forgot them so I myself did not make the same mistake. I may not have the answer for every problem, I may not be able to do everything, and I may not always be available. However, I will do my best to find the answer, I will do my best to do everything, and I will do my best to be available. I am dedicated to my work and I am loyal to the end. When Nomad Network died, I was there in the waning months. I saw the last breath of the community flicker and fault before I came to revival. So I make a promise that if you chose me, I will be the best member of staff I can be.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on benefiting the sever by weeding out the bad from the good. By helping those in need. In my experiences, I’ve feel I have helped many people, being that of staff or player base. When I staff I focus more on the player base and their responses on how they feel the community/server is going. Then I listen to their suggestions and pass it up the CoC. The server needs experienced staff members to help it and I am one of those members.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out because I am very vocal. I put my self out there and when you hear my voice you know who it is. It should also be stated that I am a leader. When everyone else is preoccupied or otherwise can not be bother with a situation, I step up and take charge. I do not beat around the bush with people, I am direct. I do not discriminate, I treat everyone equally; white, black, and even that weird alien thing in the corner. For the reason, I stand out is I liked to be heard and I go out of my way to make my self-known.

When someone does something that within the rp that could not do. For example; if some one were to start walking on top of barbed wire and in-game did not react by pain, that would be failrp.

OOC: Out of Character, is either information or a situation that can not be used In Character. If someone says something in OOC (unless under special circumstances) it can not be used in IC.
IC: In Character is where the RP takes place. Being what most people are in for the most part. When IC you can not talk OOC or use information you gain through OOC.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would take them to a sit and ask them why they are arguing (separately at first), then I would bring them back together and have them talk it out for the most part. If it continues (depending on Staff Rank) I would either send it up the chain or find the instigator of the problem and kick them. If they return and they continue I would give them a 24hr ban.
