So for those of you who really know me, you know I am torn between 3 jobs in life, National Guard, Police, and Firefighter.
My question to you is; in this day and age, which job do you think is best to go with?

Speaking as someone who wants to go into law enforcement later in life, and has family members and friends who are actively serving as police officers, fire fighters, and in the military, I'd say no matter which direction you go you'll be doing something great.. Go whichever direction you feel more comfortable with or passionate about and you'll love it.

The way I have been looking at it is. I can go guard as either mp or ff (as long as I pass the asvab for said job(s)) then once I get out, I will meet all the requirements for the civilian jobs.

That is a pretty successful route that a lot of people take..
My original plan was to do four years Army, then use my experience from that to try and go into the FBI.
My current plan is to do four years college, studying criminology/criminal justice, then do some police work and eventually work my way up to FBI

@Palehorse6 has a similar plan as the one I do, at least that's what it was last time I talked to him.. So I'm sure he'd be glad to put in his two-cents to help you out.

I'm in Criminal Justice right now until I get my commission as a Naval Intelligence Officer, after which if my college and service don't get me into the NSA or CIA, I will at least have LEO training to enter the FBI or another LE Agency
