- Do you have any warns or bans if so why (Explain in detail): I haven't been banned on TS but I have been banned on SCP. I was mingy back then and I made a racist joke and Harsh oofed me. I then made a ban appeal and was unbanned because Harsh is nice.
- Tell us about yourself: Hi, my name is Caleb and I love to play games. My interests consist of gaming, sleeping, and school. I don't have any hobbies unless you call cooking a hobby. Revival is a home to me and I love to make it a better place for everyone. Conversations are my favorite thing to do and socializing with people online can prove to be more interesting than some people think.

And that if i <Redacter> am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
And that i <Redacter>also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player,Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
