Remove Limit on Aethetics

I am concerned that we'll get five aesthetic Sangheili on at once, which will prevent others from hopping on their whitelist. Considering we paid $150 for the whitelist, I think it's best to not limit us at all from flagging up. Let's either increase the limit to 10 or remove it entirely by setting it to infinite.
