Situation on Why you are reporting them:
I asked my superior, SoS RNGA Zealot Phenoix for permission to train a friend of mine from another server from recruit and to get them whitelisted for the SoS Ungoy rank. I did all of this and attempted to contact staff for whitelist. I was told no staff were available by a TGamemaker named Supervisor Set, and that he would need someone above him, of Gamemaker or higher, to do the whitelist. As such, we decided to wait to see if any staff would show up as he had requested staff assistance on the discord or ts, not sure which.
We waited until SGM Finch, i.e. Luna appeared in the server to which i asked her if she could please whitelist him to ungoy as he had finished basic training and was waiting to conduct SoS based training. I was immediatly addressed in a rather rude tone, being asked why i was doing this and being told i wasnt allowed. I told her directly that i had been given Direct Permission to begin the training and conduct it to its end. She, mid way through me speaking to her, decided to grab me with her physgun, which was blatant abuse, claiming to have done it due to the fact i was speaking over her, when in fact she had interrupted me mid sentence. I told her not to do that, and that it was abuse.
I asked that her friend in the act, SM Donovan Reyes, check with the Zealot in question as he claimed the same rank and attempted to give me a contradictory order; prior to actually leaving him to be whitelisted to UNSC. While waiting for that, i approached Finch again and asked if she would give him the UNSC whitelist, as he had finished basic training, to which i was greeted with yet again, being grabbed by a physgun and being told she couldnt whitelist, to which i contradicted the information i was given earlier by Supervisor Set. She gagged me mid sentence, and then procceded to speak while i continued to inform her that this was no staff sit and that she was at the same level as any other player, and that it was a clear abuse of staff ability to be using the Physgun and the Gag command for reasons that were so bias and personal.
I apologize for the lack of a clip, as shadowplay unforunatly was not recording at the time. I'm aware this basically turns this into a word of mouth report, regardless, i feel that issues such as this must be presented when staff act in such a way. I feel that she should certaintly be moved down from Senior Gamemaker and reviewed for her in game position. I've not seen her actions as Forums manager, nor does that relate to the current issue, so that should be left alone.
