I was playing around with my jet pack in the training room I stood on a wall and was grabbed by an admin with the pyisgun (he was not clocked {braking rule 8You may not use your physgun unless cloaked} then he did not initiate the sit and tied me to a wall blind folded me and would not let me tell my side of the story (braking rule 4 No favoritism) then he proceeded to pk my character , and cast a judgment even though he admitted there was no sit (braking rule 1 You may only use powers as “Staff on Duty." UNLESS there is no "Staff on Duty" job for the server.) wen I went to request an admin sit and I was banned for 2 days

I will not be going back to your server after being ridiculed and after I explained to him that he was braking rules he called me a man child and that I can go post on the forum . so hear I am his name was mr .popo not shore if that helps any , I spent 24hrs in the server in one week just because I thought id like the server but I will not be returning

I will be posting the video of the situation and sending links to all the rp discords I'm in , though I do not intend to return to the server I will patiently waiting for a reply and will determine weather I'm going to to play on a revival surver again

The trainer has the right to remove, deny, and punish any incompetents or tresspassers. It's annoying for those trying to learn and rank up, and especially for the people taking their time to debrief and excersise with their trainee's.

I was not interfering with his training , I didn't even see it I was paying attention to my group in the training area from atop a wall and he just grabbed me

First of all I'm going to break this all down
#1 While our training exercise Paileos obvserved a highly classified ONI training me, and the ORION members saw him ontop of the ORION held wall looking down at our training
#2 You were physgunned by a gamemaker in the ssr to bring you down, you are allowed to noclip without cloak in the ssr
#3 the warning as followed was you were to be arrested we were simply going to name pk you because of you watching. However, when I went to go confront you about the incident you not only acted like an immature individual but began to demand to be unhandcuffed.
#4 The incident was not a staff sit it was an in-character problem, I did not handle anything related to kicking you or banning you on the server the punishment was regarded as IC
#5 When I went to confront you, you constantly began to talk over me and be immature when I tried to tell you what you did wrong. I had to even put talk-power on in the channel do to your immature behavior. I explained on how there is a warning on the ONI wall saying that you cannot observe training. You claimed you never saw the warning however, you fully understood that ONI training's are forbidden to be observed as you admitted to seeing signs like the one we had placed before. You still yet decided to look upon our training's even though you saw that "ONI" title in our name. I was going to name pk you, but instead you began to make up irrelevant excusces so I full pkd you and ended the incident.
#6 You then threatened to report me, I tried to get one of my higherups to get you to come in the channel, and answer the report yet I told you none were available. You then mentioned the story again and demanded a "sit" in which I told you multiple times there is no need for a sit and you are free to report me. You began to start screaming and acting immature, and I told you to shut the fuck up and stop acting like a little kid. Yes I did call you a man child due to your extremely immature actions.
#7 You continuously kept on putting words I did not say in my mouth, and claimed I was going to blacklist you when Army Major Tex told you to stop acting immature or he would blacklist you. I have no power in controlling Army the next thing you said was that I threatened to ban you. In which I never did, I told you to stop acting immature or you will be punished. You kept on disrespecting me so I banned you on ts for the night for 12 hours.
#8 You then went on the server and continuously spammed admin chat, I did not ban you but my senior admin Respek did due to you breaking rules, by spamming the chat continuously. You were warned, kicked, and then banned. This is your own fault you kept on spamming when I told you no higher-ups were on to answer your report.

You even talk about it in this appeal. You tried to threaten saying you would leave RS if you got PKd. Guess what you broke a rule, and you were punished. I never forcefully brought you up onto the ONI Orion Training Wall you did yourself. That was your actions that got you PKd, and your actions that got you banned.

Throughout this entire situation you have acted immature, disrespectful, and childish. You have even falsey reported me to an extent.

I have a multitude of people that were here for the situation and confirm what truly happened.

Just because you missed the sign doesn't mean you can break the rule you've seen like that before, and you still looked into ONI training
