Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): Well, I'm still in Highschool (Boarder) and the wifi goes out at 12, but most night I would use my Phone hotspot to get on late, which shouldn't be too much of a problem
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Well, l would describe myself as a Nice guy, but disciplined. I do what I can do to the best of my ability, and I'm pretty determined to see things through. I'm a swimmer on a National Team, which was built on that determination, being a 5"6 swimmer. I also work part time as a Life Guard, being certified in AED, CPR, and First AID. My mom is a nurse, and I used to dig my head in medical books, but now I strive to be a Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineer for my future job.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): I have been on for a total game play of 1 week and 19 hours as of now. I have only been on IRL for about 6-7 weeks

Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I'm available normally through 6 PM EST, all the way through 12 AM and sometimes even up to 2 AM on Weekdays, Saturday, I'm available from 12:00 PM to like 3 AM, and Sundays, basically the whole day.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Well, as I said before, I'm pretty disciplined, as I do not tolerate minging lightly, especially when the server is going through an event. I have seen what has happened to other servers, and this server I love to be on it. While I know all the other candidates have similar ideals, I would put as much effort to keep order to the server, and make sure nothing gets passed my line of sight. I also am abnormally on for long periods of time, able to keep the peace, even in the Late Nights and Deep Mornings, when no other Staff is on
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to make sure, that the standard player can enjoy this experience peacefully, and not have mingy players ruin it for them. I, if needed, can help out in events in case that people are needed. I also would make sure that the standard players questions would be answered accordingly (Unless the question is classified and/or completely redundant and idiotic [Minges])
It would be my duty, to make sure the server is going smoothly and not have to witness the staff get bombarded with Admin chats with people who request assistance.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I am a very calm, sensible person as well. I would relate to the standard player, in their own way. I would be able to help out more, as well as see eye to eye with them. I also have a personality, that people feel safe around me, and talk out more about the problems that are key, which would come out more as constructive criticism. (I have been told this IRL many times, so I'm kind of taking that mantle now) I, probably would be close to the youngest in the staff group, still know both sides of the spectrum, from our Younger players, to the older players, seeing what they see and so on.

Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is closely related to Minging, but it is doing actions that wouldn't make sense if the rp was real life. For Example, if there is a criminal on the run, and someone teleports to said criminal and says they captured him, that is FailRP, ruining the fun for other players.

I would be slightly more Lenient with it, turning that 3 strike rule into three warnings, 3rd Warning being a kick. After that, possible temp-ban would be in order if it becomes a habit.

This is a very strict policy with this. If you purposely start killing fellow soldiers, that is definitely not in RP and you will immediately get kicked or temp Ban, depending on the different situation, for example, if you kill like 13 people on purpose. That is a Temp Ban for 24 hours (If you accidentally missclick, or hit someone in events on accident, I understand that fully, We have all been there)
