Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I've been on the server for nearly over a year now, hopping between different faction such as ODST, ONI and Spartans over these past months. I am currently running the Spartan Company on the server as acting Commander, with the goal in mind of making sure that the Spartans are one of the more serious faction and to maintain good relations with other factions on the server.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): What makes me stand out between other candidates is my years of experience in staffing. I know what is excepted out of being a staff member and know how to handle most situation when it comes to someone breaking the rules. If someone is every suspected of breaking the rules, I do my best to gather up all the evidence I can and listen to everyone's side of the story to ensure everything is carried out fair and justly. Plus being on the server for a year, I understand the do and don't of the server and what is expected of most of the players.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): How I want to help benefit the server is to dedicated some of my free time on the server to staffing. I understand on Halo rp there is currently having a staff shortage problem and there been a slight increase in people breaking the rules. So I want to dedicated some of my free time on the server to making sure the rules are being enforced.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): What makes me stand out from other people is that I am a just and reasonable person. I prefer to go off of facts and evidence rather then word to mouth, and everyone is equal in my eyes. So if come to anyone even including my friends on the server, breaking the rules, they will be punished accordingly just like everyone else who does.

Explain what minging is: Mining is when someone doesn't take the sever seriously and would prefer joking around doing what they want rather then following orders of their in game officers or the server rules for that matter.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): One example would be a marine SGT telling me that one of his marines has been messing around, that said person refuses to follow his orders and has been running off doing his own thing listening to no one even after being punished by MPs. I would then tp them to a staff sit and cycle through any evidence I can find or is provide by the SGT. If the person is caught minging and this is their first offense I would let them off with a warning and let them know that kind of behavior is not tolerated on the server, and stricter punishment will be given up if they continue. If said person continues to minge after being warn, they will be kicked and warned again. If it continues after a kick said person will be banned for the appropriate amount of time.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Failrp is the act of someone's character doing a action that is not probable, a good example of this would be a Uggoy player lifting a tank with nothing but his bare hands because he quote "could".
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A example would be if I got reports of a Uggoy player making his own version of the Spartan 4 serum and injecting himself with it now claiming he is a strong as a spartan, with no explanation on how he made it. I would then TP him to a staff sit, gather up all the evidence I could and explain to him why it is not possible, and how it is Failrp. After that I would let him off with a warning if this is his first offense and punish him accordingly if he continues to Failrp after being warned.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random Death Match is when someone kills another player for no reason what so ever, its a frequent problem on servers and if said person isn't handle quickly it normally turns into mass RDM were they try to kill as many players as possible before getting banned by administration
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A example would be if two marines were standing in a hallway and all of a sudden they were both killed by a different player for no particular reason. If saw it or was given reports about it, I would then TP all three of them to a staff sit, listen to everyone side of the story and take a look at the evidence provided. Unless it was a genuine mistake, said player who RDM the two other players, would be kicked as a warning if he did it on purpose and if he joined back, and continued to RDM, they would be banned on the spot for the appropriate amount of time.

Such things could be as, blocking a door for someone, bhoping around someone and mic spamming, basically doing the best they can to harass someone to get a reaction out of them.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A example would be player reporting to me that another player is following them around mic spamming and refusing to leave them alone. I would then TP the both of the to a staff sit and gather up what I can, and if I find the other player is harassing him, I would warn him that if he continues to keep trolling people that he will be kick from the server and banned if its continues after a kick.

OOC: Out of Character is normally the act of people talking outside their character perspective examples would be people chatting in ooc chat or hanging out in the ooc lounge at the marine base
IC: In Character is normally the act of people talking and acting how they believe the character would in game, examples of these in game actions would be giving orders to other players, hacking open a door, gathering intel off a enemy, etc.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If I caught two player trying to take OOC matter into IC such as threating to PK each other, I would TP them both to a sit and warn them that they can not take OOC into IC, also to stop fighting in OOC as well, and that if they continue to fight they will be punished accordingly.
