Riko was born in 2154 and applied for military service in 2169. He has a strong sense of duty type of personality. He has yellow eyes and dark blue primary skin with light blue markings on the face. He stands at 7 feet and 1 inch and weighs 210 pounds. He is left-hand dominant. His skin color is mostly dark blue with light blue markings.
Rikos' early life was a simple one, little worries not a care in the world, his father fought in the First Contact war and was betrayed by his brother. Riko knew little else of his father, but his bravery inspired him to eventually set out into the Milky Way and start a life of his own. As for his mother, she had to take care of Riko and his two brothers Romulus and Remus, she always was a sad, lonely, and a weary person. Always wondering to herself when her husband would get himself killed. When he died during the First Contact War, she turned to drink.
When he was old enough to enlist in the Turian military, he quickly signed up and eventually rose through the ranks through his ability to follow all commands to the letter. He also scored above average during testing. He spent most of his time in the reserves, training and preparing for the day the reserves would be sent to active duty. Often times, he'd run laps around his station to help keep his physique in check. One of his toughest fights, and his first actual engagement, since he was put on the reserve force, was the Battle of Palaven, where he and the squad he was with had to fight their way to an escape shuttle while being outnumbered and outgunned.
After the Battle of Palaven, his company was moved from reserves to active duty where his company would face many battles. His company had many casualties over the course of the war. His closest friend was among the dead. Many battles would wear Riko down. The one that would make him apply for Naval instead would be a battle on some off-world colony where Turian colonists where captured by the Collectors and harvested.
He quickly applied for the Navy, ground combat was too much at that point. He made his way into Fleet subsystems and eventually landed in navigation and was eventually given command of his very own dreadnought, he used his cunning abilities to his advantage. He even managed to take down some of the lesser Reaper ships as well. When the Reaper was over he settled down with a group of colonists setting out to a new Colony in the edge of the Milky Way. He would mostly do desk work for the Navy during this time period, not that he minded. He heard about New Eden and decided it was time to hit the saddle again.
What is your character's goal aboard the ship? Why were they hired by New Eden? : To lead new Turian colonists to their new home among the stars.
(this part is a bit of OOC ranting) The only reason why I want to be a Turian is that the human race in ME is so boring they feel almost copy-pasted from other games. There's almost nothing special about them and they are simply just generic as all hell.
