I am a self-employed Twenty three year old whom has over ten years of Role play experience, which also includes staffing experience. I have been playing Garrys Mod for around thirteen years, since 2005, Most of those years were on Serious Role play servers, such as Nutscript and Clockwork servers (Which has mics disabled, Dark RP servers, and more recently Serious RP servers such as Halo RP. (Servers with mics enabled.) I'm generally a very patient man, very calm / cool headed, and quite friendly. If you'd like to know more your more then welcome to add me on steam.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days):
I've been with revival for around eight or nine months. How ever in play time I only have a week and some hours. ( 1 week )

I have multiple experiances with ULX, Safegaurd, and other types of admin menus. I've used ULX plenty over my ten or so years on Gmod, with staff experiance ranging from a simple mod to a community owner. Below I will list several places that I have been staff.

How will your activity be on the server? My activity in the past was lacking, seeing how I was coming on for a few days then leaving for weeks at a time. How ever I have fixed all major issues with my PC and am currently picking up hours in Gmod again. So in terms of Activity I will put as much as I can into the server. Monday to Sunday, when ever I am needed.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I do not think that I am a better candidate then any others. How ever I do think that I will be a solid addition to the team due to my experience with ULX and staffing in general. I also have the amount of time I can dedicate to the server, I can be on from Monday to Sunday, twenty four hours a day. Which I generally spend around Five to Eight hours on the server daily. If you wish for more info I will be happy to update.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan to help benefit the server by bringing my vast staffing experiences to the table, along with my flexible schedule, being available any day of the week. I'd be able to keep a cool head while dealing with minges, trolls, rule breakers, or just regular players asking a ton of questions. I am a very patient individual, Trust worthy, and reliable.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
Like I've said plenty times before in this application, my experience, its what I think would make me stand out among others. Though besides that I definitely have a cool head when dealing with high stress situations. I'm also extremely patient when it comes to helping people, or doing sits in general. I also tend to be able to defuse a situation between two parties fairly easily, giving them both either a fair judgement so both parties can walk away happy, or less mad in most cases.

Explain what minging is:
Minging essentially is someone going out of their way to do something stupid, like breaking roleplay by doing something like, jumping down the hall way for no real reason. Jumping over peoples heads, being extremely loud in the microphone, ect.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
A player, lets say Stanley, has joined the server with 4 hours of play time. He comes onto the server during a mission briefing and immediately comes to briefing. How ever instead on being respectful and sitting down and not saying anything, he instead come in with his microphone on, chatting up a storm, saying all sorts of non-sense. He'd being to jump over several seat before moving to one spot and crouching down onto the seat, still speaking. While he does this I would immediately ask him to remain quiet in briefing and sit down, if he does not within a few moments I would kick him from the server, (Please do not mic spam) Would be the Kick message. If he came back and continued to disrupt the mission briefing (AKA RP) I would proceed to ban him.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP is doing something you, your character, can not do.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
A player whom is a LCpl is upset that he has not been given a promotion for some time now. He decides to take it upon himself and raise his rank to Cpl, that way he could be at a NCO level and take a small squad on patrol. Upon noticing, or having this reported to the staff team. I would immediately pull him to the side, ask him who promoted him, and upon getting all the aquired information, if he did indeed self promote I would make him reset his name back to LCpl, then give him a verbal warning to never do that again or he will be punished.

Random Death Match. - Essentially killing someone with little, to no cause. AKA Starting a fight club in cafeteria and a brute kills a marine... Or two.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
A new player just just got trained and spawned into bunks, when the trainer come back to bunks to show the player his proper body groups, the trainer is gunned down by the newbie. Shortly after The newbie shoot several more players within the bunks, causing a situation. As a staff member I would immediately Freeze them, teleport them, and if the server has the command strip, I would do that as well. Just to insure he could not open fire on anything while I am speaking to him. As I would speak to him I'd find the reason as to why he did what he did, then upon finding it I'd ban him for the baseline time of 1 week.

Explain what Trolling is in detail:
Trolling is essentially someone causing trouble for another player. Example, The player is standing between the two doors at the elevator, making it stuck and not able to go up.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
The player in question would begin to run down the hallway to the elevator. How ever instead of making his way onto it he stops in the middle of the door, causing the elevator to become stuck. Upon being asked to move several times he simply yells a rude remark to the people trying to use the elevator. To dissolve this situation quickly I'd move the man out of the elevator to allow the people to use it and continue on with their RP. I'd then pull him off to the side and explain what he has done and not to do it again, for it is considered trolling and disrespectful, I'd then let him go and continue on with playing on the server. How ever if I caught him doing it again I'd immediately kick him. If he came back to do it again, then I would ban.

OOC: Out of Character - Anything thats not related to the halo Universe. Ex. 'Hey, have you seen the new Star Wars movie that came out recently?'
IC: In character - Anything that is related to the Halo universe and your character. Ex. 'Alright marines, move to the east wall and front face. P.T will begin shortly.'
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
I'd simply tell them to leave it to OOC and bring their argument to either steam or PM's. If they continued and brought their OOC debate into IC means, I would immedietly break them apart and verbally warn each one of them to not do that. Again I'd tell them to leave it in OOC and bring it to PM's. Other wise it will lead to a kick from the server.
