Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am 26 years old. I live in Canada and work in the reserves part-time as an officer, and as a teacher full-time. Although my schedule is full, I always make time when I have it to join our Halo RP server and train and mentor the junior members. I have thoroughly enjoyed my position thus far but seek to further my rank and position in the server to make positive and effective changes to further retention, RP opportunities, and training.

As I mentioned previously I am not applying to fill a certain time slot but rather to train and white list members in training or enforce rules and standards within the server whenever I am online.

I have training in conflict resolution, and am an exceptional mentor and have demonstrated this through my efforts in the server in training, events, and generally mentoring and guiding the junior soldiers. I have good relations with staff and users on the server and have a fair, firm, and consistent approach to managing conflict with members of the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): As per my standard practice on the server. I have an incredibly active training regime, I train new recruits, server regulars, and long-standing members in all forms of training ranging from medical to MP to sharpshooter and leadership training. As an administrator I will be able to more effectively white list these members and resolve conflict on the server. I am well known for my interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills on the server and would be an effective admin to maintain a high standard of RP here on the server.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Through my real-life experience and strict adherence to a high standard of RP at all times I have shown a high level of dedication to the preservation of the server's atmosphere and culture. Although my over overall combined time on the server is approximately 1 week and 3 days, I have demonstrated a high level of involvement and diligence in training and resolving conflicts that others simply were uninterested or unmotivated to address.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): As per my normal approach to conflict resolution I will always address the matter verbally, and, if the first incidence was not egregious, give the member a second chance to correct the behaviour.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Fail RP is breaking character with their role within the server and the Halo universe. This can take place in the form of talking about IRL events, acting out of their characters level of knowledge and experience or engaging others in an uncharacteristic way (a marine pretending to speak in te language of the Grunts)
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Once again, similar to the situation with minging, I would always address the matter privately with the member addressing the deficiency, and giving them an opportunity to correct the behaviour. OOC: An off-side conversation regarding a topic outside of the context of the RP environment on the server. This is very popular on our Halo server yet there is a time and a place for it.
IC: A conversation in the context of the Halo RP server and the events taking place within it. It is done in the perspective of the character speaking to others in an intelligible manner.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would speak to the two members privately and address that in order for them to be involved in IC matters they must resolve the conflict diplomatically by speaking to one another. Bringing real-life conflict to the server breaks the RP environment and starts conflict when we ought to be cooperating to ensure efficient training, and mission conduct takes place.
