Are you currently staff on another server? If so, which? : no i am not any more i have left all my previous staff positions

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc.)): yes I have a lot of ULX experience when I used to be a staff member on two other star wars rp servers, as a moderator, we were in charge of whitelisting and taking basic staff sits and fixing and warning other members if they were unruly. we also were able to bring people or return people when they would get stuck and such, as well as I would help a lot with the senior staff do paper work rosters, keeping track on who was active and non active as well keeping track of the minges and dealing with them accordingly. i am an eager learner and i love the server as a whole you guys have really given me a home here and i want to give back and doing my part for the UNSC

Do you understand that it is required to listen to and respect ranks higher than you? yes of course CoC is there for a reason and the rank structure is there so you understand how the CoC works when presenting or bring up certain things with your faction

Do you understand that becoming a staff member means that you will be putting your staff duty in front of your in-game character RP?: yes I do agree

I,JFA Romanov, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I JFA Romanov am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.

- No Advertising Non-Revival assets/servers. This includes, but is not limited to GMod, Discord, and TeamSpeak.
- Hacking/Exploiting will result in a Permanent Ban. (Walls, Aimbots, Super Speed, ETC) don't use anything that exploits the mechanics of gmod and or the server to your advantage for personal gain
- Player Harassment or Disrespect will not be tolerated on the server.: don't use bad foul language that involves, sex, race, or religion to insult someone or something
- No Backseat Moderating/Policing - Staff know how to do their job they don’t need users telling them how to do it for them.: its good to help staff, but don't try and do there job for them when you have no idea what there actually trying to do
- Do not bait people to provoke a negative reaction out of them. - Self explanatory.: don't pick fights to pick fits were all human and we all are here to enjoy play and have fun

- Your other Characters may not have similar names, or be related at all; this also applies to PKs (example - Tarry, Tarry Jr., Tarry III.) names should be clearly different.: be orignal and be unique and broaden your rp aspect, most characters and factions are that closely related even though it is a scifi based game
- Voice chat is always IC. The only time it is considered OOC is during a staff sit or staff announcement.: always be in your character at all times nothing is considered out of character unless your with the staff, or the staff are given out announcements
- Do not bait people ICly to try to get them PKd.: its the same as picking fights lets all get along and not try and be a bunch of bullies were all trying to have fun and not trying to power game or power grab
- You may only hold 1 Command Position. (If it gets a leader tag it’s counted as a command position): this is to balance out the server so that there is equal amounts of leader tags and command positions available for all factions to have a shot or say
- You must wait 1 day before leaving a faction you just joined. (This rule does not count for starting factions): don't hope around the factions when something is not going your way or if your angary with some one else or a bad call, get use to your faction and have fun with it even if it wasn't your first choice
