Any info we should know about you(Something that may affect staffing): Currently active duty Army, and on quarantine assistance, so there are times where I will be absent for a majority of the day depending on the circumstances.
Tell us About Your-self(1 Small Paragraph Minimum): I'm a rather blunt person when it comes to most things both on the server and off, however in saying that when around friends I tend to relax a lot more. I've been in the Army for 6yrs now which has given me the back of an 80yr old man and the sleep schedule of a 3yr old, currently studying paramedical science part-time in the hopes of doing it once I leave the army in this coming year.
How Long Have You Been On The Server? (Min 5 Days): Around about 12 months cumulatively.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I've had a moderate amount of experience both in regards to ULX and Staffing from my time on the staff team on 2 SWRP servers respectfully, however, it has been sometime since those days so skill fade is to be expected.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why? No.
How will your activity be on the server? Pretty much every day, unless work overtakes my day.
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff):
6 days out of the week, normally from 5-6 pm EST to around about 12 am EST.

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Regarding standing out, my attitude when dealing with both rather mundane situations and highly stressful situations would lend itself rather well to being a staff member. While it has been some time since I last used most staff ULX commands, I don't foresee that much of issue with relearning them quickly, my past experience should also lend rather well to this server. I enjoy helping people with their issues, I strive to do it now even with only the leader ULX so becoming a staff member will just allow me to assist more people and more effectively in the long run.

I, Rook, have acknowledged that I have read the constitution for Revival Servers at http://revivalservers.com/constitution/ and fully understand how to abide by the rules
I, Rook, Swear to uphold the server rules and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I Rook am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I Rook also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within its domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
I Rook Acknowledge that this app may be denied or approved for a number of reasons. And that I will not retaliate if denied, and if accepted I will not flaunt it around in other's faces, that I will remain calm and cool-headed.
I Rook swear that if I commit any acts, such as Violating Community Standard's Or Acts Such as Treason Towards the Server Or Community, I can and will be removed from Staff and Banned From Revival Servers, as it is a Just Punishment for Crimes committed.
