Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words): As I've stated I was a former Mod on this server and I know what players on the server expect from their events I'm quite adaptable to most situations and I feel like I can be more creative with my events and hopefully bring more RP situations into the fold and try to take as much criticism as possible to keep improving after each and every event also I've been on other RP servers such as CWRP and Military RP and having experienced different events from different genres I feel like I can bring a unique twist to my events
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words): I plan to be a very active GM with events that hold loads of potential for RP and exhilarating experiences as well as trying to help out fellow GM's or staff if need be also I've been a huge fan of the IRL military and Halo so I'll always keep my events close to lore and actual military deployments
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: cloak,ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,):
1.Slap does a certain amount of Damage to the targeted person
2.Cloak cloaks the user's player model
3.Force respawn forces the target to respawn instantly
4.God makes you invulnerable
5.Freeze stops the target from moving
6.Noclip gives the user the ability to go through objects and fly
7. Hp ^ # gives you health points
8. !removeragdolls removes all ragdolls on the map
9.armor ^ # gives you armor
10. forcerespawn ^ forcibly respawn yourself

What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
To make events that players participate in, to further flush out the lore and give the players something to do and feel involved in the RP
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
The event would be an off map using a huge map with NPC nodes such as Big Metropolys Night to start the briefing would be that a planet is in its early stages of being invaded by the covenant so far only Zealot sightings at 2 vital points of interest in the city the town hall and the water purification center the main forces OBJ is to secure these vital points and to secure any civilians in the area played by other GM's but while the marines airforce and ODST's are occupied ONI agents and Spartans will be briefed separately about another secret OBJ ONI's job will be to send a small Spartan fireteam to retrieve a flood sample from a hidden ONI lab in the factory district and if they do not reach the sample in time the lab will commence an automated purge of its data and the flood samples but what the ONI does not know is the sample is a flood carrier and a flood combat form and they need to take both of these back to HQ for further study (both would probably be played by either event characters or and available GM's)
After briefing is completed we load into the map and now we are planetside only to see that the covenant have launched a full out assault on the city slaughtering everything in sight orders still stand now from here three things can happen here the first scenario is that the main force and ONI complete all of the OBJ's under 10-15 minutes depending on how many gm's I have and how many people are on the event server once everything is secure we evac mission done the second scenario is that ONI does not complete their OBJ in time and multiple covenant squads manage to find the lab first only to become infected thus causing a outbreak of flood, as well as covenant forces still on the ground fighting new orders, are to regroup destroy the outbreak and any remaining covenant now depending on how well the main force did if they saved all the civilians they can easily contain the flood but if they ignored or killed any civilians they will have an extremely hard time fighting the flood with its overwhelming numbers to the point where they would have to leave the planet. and the final option would be if the main force was slow at taking their OBJ but the ONI wasn't enemy forces would arrive to reinforce the troops at the two points of interest in the city and additional heavy armor such as wraiths, scarabs, and banshees would be deployed thus giving the main force a challenge and the operation's success depends solely on the ability of the player base to follow orders and execute them to the letter with precision and speed.
now the outcome of this would rely solely on the players so by now either we had to leave the planet due to horrific amounts of casualties caused by the flood or covenant or we evac with barely any losses from there I would give them a debrief explaining what would happen to the planet after we left and depending on how we left it the planet would be saved or just destroyed and if ONI did their job we would do some passive RP at beta with the test samples leaving even more room for a mini event where two GM's could play as escape flood.

I <Rush> Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.

I,<Rush>, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if i <Rush> am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
