Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I joined Revival back in April of 2018, and its the main community I play in. I mained SCP-RP for about a year before I came over to HaloRP. I am calm person who really doesn't like to yell unless really necessary. I heard that the server is low on staff and I decided that I would like to help out.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): 2 1/2 weeks.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): As previously stated, I have staff experience on Revival already. I've been here for a year. As IFA in the SoS, I deal daily with grunts messing around so I know how to communicate what people have done wrong, and how to fix their mistakes. I am sympathetic to new Marine PVT's who constantly get punished for doing nothing wrong. And I will make sure those new players get treated fairly, same with everyone else.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I can benefit the server by taking sits, doing whitelists, and dealing with troublemakers. The same as every other staff member. My previous experience makes it so I do not need to be shown how to do every little thing. While I am not applying directly for night staff, I am on the server later at night so I will be able to do staff duties there too.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I see myself as easy to talk to, I like to joke around but I can become serious when the situation calls requires it. I am not biased either and I treat everyone the same. I don't like to cause problems either, rather just keeping it to myself than making a scene.

1. !noclip - Allows the user to fly and move through props/the world.
2. !cloak - Makes the user invisible
3. !send - transports another user to a different one EX: !send SGT Joes PVT Allan. SGT Joes would then be teleported to PVT Allan.
4. !ragdoll - makes the targeted user flop over to a ragdoll, they are unable to move while ragdolled.
5. !freeze - freezes the targeted user in place, they are unable to move.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): A Marine walks up to a Freelancer and calls them Master Chief. And after being told by said Freelancer he is not MC continues to do so anyway. I would pull the Marine aside and explain what Freelancers are. And, that if he continues, he will recieve a warn. If the Marine stops, situation over. If he keeps going punishment will progress into being retrained, and eventually a ban.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is someone doing something considerable impossible in normal RP standards.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A Grunt Minor claims that he is developed a special cloaking device and NOONE can see him, despite Grunt's being too mentally inept to design such a device. I would speak to him and explain to him why he couldn't develop a cloaking device, and that such a cloaking device is impossible in the first place. (Due to HUDs and Scans). If he drops the act I will let him go with a verbal, if he continues punishments will ramp up into a warn, removal, and possibly ban.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If a Marine runs up to another Marine and kills him in the middle of the UNSC Base, most of the time it is dealt with by MP and they recieve jail time. If there is no MP, I will bring him away, explain that RDM is against the rules, and give him a warning. If he continues RDMing. Then he will recieve a ban.

I will mute them and explain that that sort of behavior is not tolerated here period. I will then ban them for 1-2 weeks depending on severity of what they said.

OOC: Out Of Character pertains to things happening outside of current Roleplay. For example: Two people are discussing a movie that came out recently.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Say SGT Pete and PFC Jones are arguing in OOC Chat about which color is better, Red or Blue. The argument spirals out of control and SGT Pete threatens to demote Jones for liking Blue over Red. I will tell Pete that demoting someone over an argument in OOC is abuse of his power. And if makes such threats again his higher ups will be notified and he will be warned.
