Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm Asian, 17 years old, and in my Senior year of high school. I did my Asian 6-Pack AP course last year, and I'm dreading this year's one as well. I've been around this community, and I guess the one it used to be a part of as well, for about a year and nine months. I've staffed on Vietnam, serving as the Manager, Head Admin twice, and Head Gamemaker. I am the current Teamspeak manager and have been for the last seven months.

How will your activity be on the server? Fairly active in the mid-afternoon to evening and in the early weekend hours.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I have a fair amount of previous experience, not only in staffing but also managing. I've been a part of this community for some time, and I know what I'm doing. I can handle situations effectively and efficiently. Having someone with experience and ability to be on in the morning would be helpful to the keeping the server alive before prime hours. Helping the people out who would like to get whitelisted or trained in the morning and mid-afternoon, right after school.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I could help the server by adding to the count of the weekend morning, a rare bunch, and afternoon staff, which has seemed to be an issue preserved as of late. I get on the server fairly early and can deal with those early whitelists and calls. This comes from what I notice as a lack of staff at those times.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): As previously stated, I am able to get on early, and stay on, while doing homework, on the weekends, in the morning to the afternoon. Additionally able to get on in the afternoon of most weekdays. I've had lots of experience in staffing on not only in GMod, but also on this community as well.

Effectively, doing what one shouldn't be doing. This can be taking OOC to IC, metagaming, soundboard playing, RDM, etc. to annoy the people around them purposefully.

Some marine goes around screaming over their microphone, plays a soundboard, and won't stop.
This would be a verbally warn initially: telling them to stop. Failure to comply and continuation of the offense would result in a kick, depending on severity. Assuming that they did not get the message after that, the next action would be a ban for an hour.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP is when someone talks OOCly when they should be in character, and typically metagames. Or when they do or say things in character that pertains to real life without it being appropriate to the situation.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
Someone starts claiming to know information that they do not in character, a person starts to call all ONI agents by their names instead of rank.
I would explain to them that ICly, they would not know and that they are only called by rank. If they continue, then I would warn them. Moving to a kick for continued usage after than before an hour ban for FailRP. Continue with punishment as needed if they insist on continuing when they came back.

A newly promoted Master Gunnery Sergeant decides that Halo is no longer a server they wish to play on, announces it, and would like to leave in a bang. They gun down 10 marines waiting for the briefing to start.
Since this is mass RDM, with a seemingly visible reason, this would be a week ban for the reason "Mass RDM".
