I am Currently an Admin for Revival servers HaloRP, I am currently joining the GM team to continue Morty's events since he left the GM team. I used to be a Moderator in a, now long dead, Starwars RP server. I was widely respected by the fellow staff and player base.
How active will you be on the server?
I'm active and tend to get on daily.
Days, Hours Of Availability:
Weekends: All day, 'cept for dinner Weekdays: 1:26 pm - 3:30 pm and 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
I've helped and directed many events prior to this application, under a GM's supervision of course, and I have consistently done a good job. I have DM'd in a multi-session Dungeons and Dragons campaign with friends. I have the capacity to be a good storyteller and an event creator. I also love to do the slice of life mini-events on base to give the standard living a bit more of spicing up for everyone. I also love to start expansive campaigns where each major decision will completely flip the outcome of the next event. I also would like to bring back "Operations" where an event would last longer than usual and be more involved for everyone, but I would need a big GM team to help with that. I'm a dreamer just in case if you didn't pick that up.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan on continuing Morty's IGS and ANI campaigns. I also plan to make longer events that have more specialized taskings for each regiment. I plan on starting a super campaign that'll push the status quo of the standard for GMs. I will give this position my all, just like I have for my Staff position. I *will* do Morty proud.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than cloak, ban, Kick, Warn, TP, Maul, Slay, Gag,):
1. !Mute - Stops the target from talking in chat.
2. !giveammo - Give a target a specified amount of ammo
3. !strip - Strip weapons of the target
4. !armor - This command grants armor to the target.
5. !give (weapon) (name) - Gives a weapon to a selected target. Cannot give to more than one person.
6. !menu - opens the ULX GUI menu.
7. !spectate - allows the user to spectate a certain individual.
8. !noclip - allows the user to move freely without colliding with the world.
9. !map - allows the user to switch maps.
10. !vote - allows the user to begin a voting sequence for all on the server.
What is In character and what is Out of character?
Out-Of-Character is out of character. Stuff like this: mission details, flight plans, or mission locations. Stuff that should be voided or not really supposed to be taken in-character. Stuff like the names of the game makers, teleport requests, or requests in general, or means, in general, can be freely said.
In-Character is where everything ingame happens. If something happens, you take it seriously and how your character would take it.
Are you willing to work with a Game Maker Team?
With what I'm planning on doing, I will *NEED* a team to do it. I cannot cover all my bases by myself.
What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
It's in the same vein as a dungeon master in a DnD game. They're the storytellers, they work with the player base to tell a story. Its the duty of a GM to provide a means to RP for the server.
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
I'll give you an event that I hosted under the supervision of Morty:
Tasking:
Scooty would host Briefing and Debriefing. He would come in saying that thanks to higher-ups he can circumvent Mort due to his negligence of Scooty’s warning. This is a continuation of the previous event. Commander Raam comes and wishes to assist the UNSC for helping him with the burn zone. “Repaying Debts” as Commander Raam would say.
Scott isn’t there, but he will be talking to the mercs over the radio, so if Whiskey does intercept comms, Scott will talk occasionally over Voice AMP, revealing lore. The full reveal of being Scooty’s Brother occurs. Have Jesse play as the leader of the Mercs, pirate accent. The base has a VIP, a scientist working for the mercs. (Read further down to FL and SoS.) There are also IGS PoWs from the previous event that got left behind. They were being experimented on by the VIP.
ONI will find a database collected from the Synthetic birds, revealing ONI’s various war crimes. This isn’t the main database, this is just a bait. A thermal nuclear bomb is planted and the timer has been activated as soon as they access the terminal. whether or not the bomb is defused doesn't matter, they have the data and have completed their objective.
Freelancers and SoS find out that the Mercs have been combining their weapons and armor with Covenant tech. There have been gruesome experiments on the Covenant, some bodies are MIA SoS. Evidence that transactions and deals happened, confirming that ANI has Human-Covenant hybrid tech and have begun manufacturing via reverse engineering. They can destroy the bodies to prevent further research if they wish, but doesn't matter in the immediate timeframe. Possible development in a future event.
Upon completion or failure of each tasking a Merc fleet would fly in, requiring everyone to evac.
This event did happen and was voted as Great on the server. Proving that I can make a good event.

Sneak and Iris referred me to apply for GM.
I ScootyKart Agree and understand that I am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties unless there is 0 staff on I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.

- Army, ODSTs, and Marines assaulting the main compound of mercs. ODSTs and Army would drop on top of the compound while marines assault the front. Get whiskey to intercept their communications and have them scout ahead for the marines before pushing ahead.
- ONI and Spartans would Assault the ONI compound. Freelancers and SOS would assault the Covenant base, and stop the mercs from further integrating Covvie tech into their tech.
- NavalA will be assisting with transport and HALO jumps.
- Naval will be battling with their frigates and give ordnance to the main assault team.
