I'm trying to get a part time job, and I'm still in High School. So, there is a good chance that they may eat up my time, but I'll be as active as I can besides that.

I'm just an average chilled kinda guy. I got hair that goes past my shoulders and I love to rock n' roll like I'm a marine from starcraft. I have a immense love for video games and I'm handy when it comes to computers. I am taking vocational classes in IT with the hopes of become an IT worker in the future. I love to listen rather than talk, but I have a sharp wit that'll keep me in the conversation despite my quiet nature.

The best estimate I could give is: No more than a Month and a half.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I have over forty-eight thousand hours on GMod. A fair chunk of those hours can be attributed to Starwars RP server called Prominent Gaming, may its soul rest peacefully, I've had my rounds in Military RP and its rules of how one should act. I spend a fair amount of time on PG as the MP, so I was fairly acquainted with rules and how to properly enforce them. I was so good that I became the XO of the MPs. Aside from that I have been moderators on previous Starwars RPs and understand the duties and expectations of my rank. I'm also a leader at heart, and I want to lead this great community to prosperity.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I wish to apply my skills that I obtained to do my job and apply them here. I am willing to do anything it takes to do my job and what is right for the server. I also have friends on the server, and if I fail to do my job, it damages this server. Thus, damaging my friends. I would feel a drive to succeed from a job and a friendly point of view.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I am extremely resourceful and quick to think on my feet. I can look at a problem and come up with a good judgement call in a matter of seconds, I have to thank my IT skills for that. I put work before play, and I recognize the importance of making a name for oneself. If left to my own devices, I can make good things happen.

Actions that interfere or disrupts role play. Actions such as, PAC Abuse, Sitting on another player's lap, Micspam, Calling people classes that they are not (calling the SoS, "the covenant").
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
Its important to make sure that the person understood that he or she has broken the rules. That Marine PVT could've been just clueless rather than malicious. So first, I would explain what they did wrong and how to avoid what they did in the future. So if the marine called the Freelancers "spartans" I would calmly pull them aside and tell them to not refer to people as the wrong class. If they kept doing it despite my warnings, I would have to result in punishment.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP is intentionally abusing in game mechanics or acting in such a way that wouldn't be reasonable/believable. Such as, if a person climb swep glitched to propel themselves at mach five, or if a person would type; "/radio [RP] Lifts the Halcyon Cruiser with my bare hands."
Give one example and howI you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
It purely depends on what the player has done. Though it is rare that someone would failRP without purposely doing it. So, I would be less lenient with this person than a minge purely based on the fact that its more than likely than not, that it was purposeful. On the light spectrum of FailRP: A marine reads a [Spartan] comms and uses that information by talking to others about it or attempting to use it by advancing the event. I would come to the marine and tell him that he couldn't have known that due to the fact that it was secured on Spartan comms, but I would let him continue playing after I told him to pay attention to the tags. On the more intense side of the spectrum: A marine runs around pretending to be Cortana. I would first give them a warning and explaining what they're doing is FailRP. If they persisted, I would kick them from the server as they had no intent to roleplay. If they returned and continued, I'd ban them for their obvious lack of will to be serious.

RDM stands for "Random Death Match." It is considered RDM when someone is killed with no or an invalid reason. So an ONI killing a marine for a data breach is not RDM, but a Marine shooting up Army bunks and killing someone is RDM.

On the first event of RDM, it'd be a swift kick with a message explaining why in the reason. If they came back and killed some more, I would just ban them. It would save the MPs some work.

OOC:
Out-Of-Character is out of character. Stuff like this: mission details, flight plans, or mission locations. Stuff that should be voided or not really supposed to be taken in-character. Stuff like, the names of the game makers, teleport requests, or requests in general, or means in general can be freely said.
IC:
In-Character is where everything ingame happens. If something happens, you take it seriously and how your character would take it. For the love of god, don't talk about OOC stuff in IC.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
Anything taken from OOC into IC is considered Fail RP. I would react similarly as I do to FailRP. Warn first, then take drastic actions if needed.
