Seat Weaponizer II + Damage while sitting Addons

I have a suggestion we should add:

Damage While Sitting - https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=428278317

Why? Because with this mod Falcons, Hornets, Pelicans will all become flying gun platforms to shoot out of making for a more enjoyable and dynamic air-to-air and air-to-ground combat experience

Pros
- You can shoot at shit from vehicles
- You can relaxingly shoot from a chair
- Stops any sit anywhere abuse
Cons
- May be too fun for the server
- PAC sitdown animations will look stupid :'(

If you don't do this, I will die
