I can't think of anything that would affect staffing negatively. Positive attributes will be detailed later on in the section that separates me from other candidates portion of the application. I was a part of Revival administration twice, once as HaloRP staff for a month or so in 2018, and once as a HaloRP representative, back when that was still a thing in mid 2019.
Tell us About Your-self(1 Small Paragraph Minimum):
I'm a long time player of the server, having done a whole heck of a lot, both ICly and OOCly. IRL, I'm currently attending college for a degree in business administration to compound my experience as a secondary history teacher. I'm looking forward to one day starting my own business, and maybe starting one with my brother as well. Our dad held his own real-estate business since he immigrated to America, so we've always thought about booting that back up when we were able to. And maybe I'll get my head out of my ass and start streaming too, who knows.

How will your activity be on the server?
Pretty good for much of the foreseeable future. I'm currently transitioning between jobs, so I've had more time as of the past month to be on server. I have been on everyday for the past week, but that will likely go down to about 3-5 days per week as burnout and other obligations set in.
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff):
Currently, available almost everyday, excluding Sundays, from about 12 PM - 8 PM EST.

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
My experience as Chief of MP on HaloRP from April to December of 2019 should lend a bit of faith as to my competency to deal with problematic people on server fairly. Some people used to, and maybe still do, call MP "IC staff," which I can sort of understand why. I don't think it's unreasonable to say that if I were an unfair moderator and abuser of power, that I would not have been seen as a competent MP Chief and would have been removed from my position. Therefore, I think I can be trusted with staff powers.

I, Oakman, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I, Oakman, am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I Oakman also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
I Oakman Acknowledge that this app may be denied or approved for a number of reasons. And that I will not retaliate if denied, and if accepted I will not flaunt it around in other's faces, that I will remain calm and cool-headed.
I Oakman swear that if I commit any acts, such as Violating Community Standard's Or Acts Such as Treason Towards the Server Or Community, I can and will be removed from Staff and Banned From Revival Servers, as it is a Just Punishment for Crimes committed.
