Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am determined to bring out the best in the server, the amount of "Mingery" I see on the server is horrible and that not to say that the current staff do a bad job it's more along the lines of, It's hard to manage time when you're dealing with so many people. I will always follow my duties to the letter, Fairness and Understanding so that us as staff may be respected and not instead "FEARED" for a lack of better words. I will always see to reason and will always try and get a grasp on 2 sides of the coin whether it be a user conflict or single minge I promise to always play fair.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): My goal is to be an active staff member people come to for help and hopefully to find a friendly face in the community. I hope to find a way to be rid of those Trolls who plague the server daily posing as Serious Role players just to basically ridicule us. This is what I want to stop and possible create an environment where others can come and fulfill a small dream of role playing as their own character in a different universe.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Since I came to halo rp, I've been dead set on being an active member of the community. I'm sure by now everyone knows me (For my spontaneous and friendly nature in a social setting). I can be a great leader to those who need leading when nobody else is around, I will be available to help at any time. I am always friendly making sure people are always engaged in the server so they do not get bored. I am If not THE MOST committed to my role out of my ONI peers. And I tend to stay that way so that I can show people that I am someone to talk to in the server.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): If a player were to be constantly screaming or hollering into his mic, or Misuse the @ for example they be given a warning at first. If it happens again they'll be given a kick and should they return and repeat the offence they'll be banned for misuse of comms and minging.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is roleplaying that in no real situation would ever happen. Example a soldier would not "Pull his pants down and shoot cum into johnny's mouth" <= As an Example that actually happened. Or Jumping out of the airlock to play basketball with elites.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If a player is FailRPing for example; "PVT JackSlammer: /me Slaps 2LT Scary with a pizza." even if in Out of Character, He would be warned for FailRP and put into ISOLATION. To repeat the offence he would be Kicked for FailRP and Griefing, And should they return and do it again They will be banned for 1-3 days and possibly perma banned.

I would kick him for RDM and threaten to tempban if he comes back and does it again; I would follow up with that ban. The severity of the ban depends on the severity of the RDM and Victims involved with the knowledge and intent to cause harm and ruin the experience for everyone else.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is the intentional provocation of other players online for comedic purposes. A trolls main goal is to cause disarray and anger within the server and to grief players into doing something they wouldn't usually do such as [Kill the troll].

I would bring the person to me and mute them to prevent further trolling and verbally warn them against the actions and let them back into society. If they continue to troll and carry they'll get kicked and should it continue, They'll be banned.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Two players are arguing over which company is the best company OOC, Say for example; Alpha vs Army, and that carries into IC resulting in lack of team work and TK. I would take them aside and suggest they settle it in CQB and warn them against the fighting and tell them if it continues They will brought back and offered a final chance at reconciliation. Should it continues afterwards they will both be banned for the rules they broke. (RDM, VDM and FailRP)
