well i am 19 years old and my hobby after i graduated is to travel around the world and now after i settled in the middle east(Qatar) i decided to switch my hobbies into playing soccer and basketball and also playing video games. oh and i also like tacos and pineapple pizza.

well in total time is 4 days but i joined the server couple months ago with MegaWildCat.

i was but not anymore due to the owner shutting it down and leaving other servers due to corruption.

yes i do have experience with being a staff, and i was staff in other servers that are even currently online such as mystic gaming(SWRP), the server that shutdown OrionGaming(SWRP,HALORP,and SCPRP) i was Head admin of them all and responsible of the staff in it, and i was a apprentice developer for a group that helped me so i know a bit of coding but i know alot about binds that can be helpful without using sv_cheats 1

well i do have experience from many servers that can be helpful for the community and i am always available for anyone who requires help i even stay up till 5:00 AM where im at just to help and play with people and give them for example binds that could be useful for a CQB and doing a Simulation like "simple_thirdperson_enable_toggle" so they can see who is behind the walls by a click of a button and in no need to holster their rifle and enable it manualy.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
i am usefull in many ways be it for example a staff sit or a fight between friends or even some console suggestion for binds and i will definitely help new staff members who never experienced becoming a staff and will show them the ropes and how they deal with requests from the players.

im a nice person that lives on the other side of the world xD but to be serious ive always dealt with issues that concerns the player and the whole community itself and as to keep everyone happy and enjoying whenever they play.

1.!gimp <player name> well its something similar to gag but i usually use the !gimp
2.!send <player name> <player name> this sends one player to another.
3.!motd, it shows the messege of the day
4. !xgui, it shows the ulx menu if it has been applied to the server
5.!thetime, it shows the server time of the host for example if im in qatar and the server host is in the US then it will show the time for the host server.

for example lets say a player named frosty is minging and shooting players around first i would strip him from his weapons by doing !strip frosty, after that ill be teleporting him to me by doing !bring frosty after that ill freeze him and gag him if he is not listening or screaming by doing !freeze and !gimp or !gag and ill explain to him everything he did wrong and then ill give him a chance to speak and see what will be his response if he does continue screaming and all the other things ill be either kicking him or banning him depending on how many people he killed and how he was doing in the sit by doing !kick frosty or !ban frosty (time)
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP is when someone is using lethal action on another person by torturing them by using chemicals,poison or fire.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
FailRP is one of the frequent cases that happens on the server for example lets take the Marines they are always breaking the rules and our dummy Mr.Frosty is FailRping by going to grunts and using lethal actions on them and killed about 2 of them ill easily do the same things i did before on the previous question !strip frosty, !bring frosty, !freeze frosty, !gag frosty, and then lastly ill just ban him for a week or so as he has done more mistakes.

RDM is meant by Random Death Match which means that a person killed another person for no reason or without showing a threat to him straight away.

i would be calling both the victim and the convict to a staff sit and have them both frozen and gagged and explain to them what they did, after that ill ungag the victim and let him explain the situation after he is done ill gag him just not to let him talk over the other player if it happens, next ill be ungagging the convict and let him explain his part of the story and after he is done ill pass on the law depending on the story and how harsh it is gonna be if either with a warn or a kick or even a ban.

trolling is when a user is playing around and is not RPing at all and breaking many rules and lying to staff and players. and also causing trouble by bringing his friends or fans to the server.

Trolling is a serious issue that goes around all the servers so what i as a staff would do is i would have him kicked and with a warning note saying if he does come back with that attitude he would get banned and if he continues to troll around the second he joins in ill contact the H.A for a permission to ban him if this staff rule is applied on this server and if it isnt then id just go straight away and ban him and let him fill a unban slip from the server forums.

OOC: Out Of Character. Its when the player wishes to speak out of character and not messes it up with in character role

i would stop them and tell them not to bring OOC thing into IC as its not part of their character roles and if they do say something rascial or hurts others even if its in ooc id stop them right away and warn them as its not to be tolorated.
