I learn more from asking questions, so i will probably ask a lot of questions to begin with to do with certain situations.
Tell us About Your-self(1 Small Paragraph Minimum):
I am a truly dedicated person, in my time in my job, I am the first to accept assignments that others won't take, to either develop, form a good rapport or to demonstrate my usefulness. People would define me as a perfectionist and eager. Ambitious would be another way I would term myself, continually finding a way to develop myself and how I can use prior experiences to improve later confrontations, my employers anticipate much of me and I endeavor to go above and beyond to impress them. The last way to define my work habit would be organized, I love to manage tasks efficiently and quickly, this can be accomplished by having a strict order of records of previous offenses, taking into account past encounters with parties.
I bring a tolerant, direct, and diplomatic approach when working with others. I act as a medium with my friends during disputes as I know people may have different opinions, which both have good points and bad, the goal usually showing that as a team, we can come up with excellent ideas or respect for each other's outlooks.
Even though people have treated me badly in the past, it's best when they come for help, to treat them the same as you would a friend and to aid them in their time of need.

Main Qualities I will bring include bringing a warm vibe to the atmosphere, and will not be hesitant to volunteer for responsibilities that others wouldn't want to take, like dealing with an admin matter during an event or mini-event. I relish in helping resolve situations with words and trying to reach an agreement without resorting to having either party unhappy with the outcome. I can bring a friendly and relatable personality that people will be able to address with confidence and confidentiality. However, I will take a serious path if the infractions are severe enough, making sure I have no bias towards any party involved.
I am confident in my ability to bring my optimism and hard-working spirit to the team and would love to learn from some of the more experienced staff in how to become a more proper staff member.

And that I, Anri, also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
