Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Im just some guy in the internet who likes to have fun and help other people have fun with him. Though i take any job that has responsability with utmost seriousness and i make sure to do my job well. I enjoy making the marines into some solid soldiers with some serious training, but at the same time i remember that this is a game and let them have their fun here and there, to a certain point of course as i dont take minges with any particle of kidness as i believe they run the fun of others more serious players who are here to seriously roleplay have fun and enjoy the experience. So i deal with them propmtly. Overall i just like to have fun and make sure others also have fun as well.

How will your activity be on the server? As of now i get on daily, my activity might decrease once i start university but i beleve ill still be able to help out the server as a staff member.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): For now i can be on all week and weekends, once i start studying again i might be able to get on a couple of weekdays and weekends.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): As previously mentioned i do not take kindly to minges as i belive they ruin the fun for others. I am also a very vocal person and do point out mistakes or give out suggestions if i believe them to be useful. I do respect authority and know you have the last word, but that wont stop be from contributing maybe sometimes im a bit noisy haha but i try and control that. I believe i am a better candidate than most since i consider i have a great balance in discipline seriousness, but also fun and enjoyment which i believe every staff in any server should have.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server my making sure that others have fun and overall increase the quality of the server. I would deal with problems quickly and with rationality so that others can keep having their fun. I am also a great companion and seem to bond with other players quite easily which i love since overall that just makes things so much fun

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I tend to always be proactive and find something to do when im not doing anything. Overall i always focus on improving myself as a person and i tend to frequently take initiative when the opportunity arises. I am always open to learn form others and make sure no keep a open mind about ideas and suggestions since you never know if someone has a better idea than you do. Overall i am always looking to improve and have fun and make sure others enjoy as well which so far has always made me stand out of others.

List (5) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,Jail,slay(Explain What They Do.)):
1. Ban as the same says complety terminates the access the subject has to a server whether it be for a certain amount of time or permanently. (this depends on what the person did and the severity of it.)
2. Warn is usually used for minor infractions but infractions nontheless which one can apply to whoever commited this infraction. A lot of times if you receive multiple warns you can get kicked or banned for a certain ammount of time.
3. TP lets you teleport to any person in the server incase they need help with whatever problem they might have overall a great tool for staff.
4. Addgroup is a ULX command that allows you to add a certain person to a predefined group for example a group that allows them to use a certain role.(Donator,TMOD,Supporter etc)
5.there is also the map command that lets you change maps to whatever map you want as long as you specify which map it is.

Explain what minging is:Minging is essentially unpleasant behavior, behaviour opposite to that which is expected from you. for example if your squad is doing some training and some pvt keeps screaming in their mic it is obvious he has no interest in RPing and has a totally incorrect behavior.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): At first i would warn the person and tell them to stop. if the person keeps doing this after multiple warnings then i would kick him.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is essentially when you doa certain action that under a certain situation would be deemed unrealistic or absurd. For example when you are alone and 2 taliban surround you aiming your weapons at them. You cant just pull your weapon out and shoot them since realistically they owuld have the drop on you and you would probably comply with them in fear of your life.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Same thing as minging honestly. Always try and give him a verbal warning at first. Usually for new players the concept of FailRP is somewhat unclear so i would first explain to them what they did wrong. If they keep FalRPIng after several warns then a kick would promptly follow.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM is random deathmatch and essentially comes into play when you kill someone without a valid reason. For example you cant kill a marine in the bunks for no reason but if you are in a FFA and in that area it is allowed to kill each other and there are no rules. Then it is allowed to kill someone under those circumstances.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Same as always i always would start with a verbal warning and tell them what they did wrong. Ask them their reason of killing said person. And explain to them why in this case it is RDM. If they keep doing that then i would be forced to kick them.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is usually quite close to minging, it is basically someone trying to bait people into controversial topics with the aim of making the enviroment quite a heated one.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would tell him to immediately stop especially if its a delicate subject. If he keeps on doing what he is doing then i would need to banning depending on the severity of his actions.

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail): For example if some Delta force guy breaches a room and dies, then he uses OOC to tell his teammates where the enemies that killed him where. This is using in character information while talking out of character and it is not allowed.
OOC: OOC means out of character, essentially it means that anything said OOC will and should not have any effect inside any ingame situations.
IC: IC means In character. Anything done and said in character should be performed with seriousness and carefulness since if you do something you are not suppose to do IC you can get punished for it quite badly.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): that would essentialyl be metagame since whatever happens in OOC cannot and should not translate ingame. So i would tell them to stop doing that since it isnt allowed and explain to them what they are doing.
