Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): Nothing really, if I'm not feeling good, I'll post LOA, but I never really get anything. One of my animals is suffering from Cancer at the moment, but we're not sure how that is gonna play out, but I doubt it'll completely stop me from going on the server.
Tell us About Yourself(60+ Words, No Less): I'm a long time gamer, I've been playing games as long as I remember, the first console I played was a Nintendo 64 and the first games I can remember playing was Banjo Kazooie, 007 Goldeneye and Zelda OOT. When I was younger I main played on the Nintendo, till one day, my uncle (Who I'm not joking actually works for microsoft as a server technician and maintains their servers.) went out and got us a first generation Xbox with a copy of "Combat evolved", this is when I was first introduced to Halo when I was only about the age of 5 or 6, I played Halo's campaign all the time with my brother on splitscreen and singleplayer, learning the ins and outs of the game and seeing what fun things we could try in the game after completing it on all difficulties. We got Halo 2 when it first came out as well, played the hell outta that also, then came the big boy, Halo 3, I was about 11 or 12 when it came out(during this time and a bit before, I had also been playing a lot of Gmod08 on and off), and it consumed my young life, my brother had gotten xbox Live for himself, but it was me that always played it, I didn't stop playing online, doing infection and all the amazing custom gamemodes everyone made for over 2 years.
I think that is enough on my time playing Halo, I enjoy nothing more then chilling out while playing, I'm very calm, cool and collected, but sometimes have a very cold hearted way of dealing with serious situations, I'm very Logical with my thinking (although my logic can sometimes be my own) but I also have a very strong sense of justice, that everyone must be treated fairly and on even ground, no one person should be given special treatment without reason nor should someone be treated worse just 'cause of personal opinion. I never let my emotions override my judgment or my personal feelings in order to uphold my sense of justice, I hate watching people being treated like dirt without reason, it makes my skin crawl. All in all, I've had my fair share of experience in all kinds of things and real life situations (before I became a hermit) to become who I am today, my way of thinking, behavior and cool thinking is all down to the many life changing and odd happenings throughout my life (many I have not explained here) and it allows me to think with a clear and open mind to pretty much anything that comes my way.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I'm extremely experienced using ULX and I've been staff of many servers, so many that I literally lost track (I've been playing gmod on and off since I was 8 years old, till I was about 14, then it started to take over my life again). There are some servers I remember, like Lmaollama, which was a basewars server that came up when base wars was new and 32 slot servers were considered big, we had a 40 slot server, I worked up the ranks (which was surprisingly hard to do on that server) to admin and was admin for quite a while till the server shutdown. One was a Phasefour seriousRP server that I can't remember the name of, but it was pretty good, but that was the first seriousRP gamemode I had played, it was Clockwork script, I was the operator rank. Then there was StarwarsRP, the only true starwarsRP server to me, as it was the only one I found enjoyable and with a nice staff team(at the time), I loved it so much, It's name was VisionRP, I was a commander of the 104th Wolfpack, which is what I stayed with for a very long time, I was a player on that server for 8 months, till it went almost completely dead, I left it for about 4-5 months, came back to it when it was revived back and was in need of players, I was one of the few of the old members that came back to get it going, it was a 60 slot server, I played as Wolfpack commander again, by working up the ranks again, and finally decided it was time to become staff, I did so with a application, like the one I'm writing now, I worked my way up the ranks, helping in anyway I could, either it be simple coding with some help or it be helping get other regiments sorted out, even little things such as whitelists and other things that staff members would expect the Tmods or the moderators to do, even when I became a Senior Admin and Head of Events, I still responded to tickets and I still helped out as much as I could, we eventually got the server to the point of it being at 90 slots and being full during prime time, it was one hell of a fun time and a very enjoyable experience from the start, till one day, one of the old staff members joined back, his name was Alan, Ukrainian, he was a very strict guy, which was fine, but he thought all his decisions were perfect, and no one should ever dare speak out about him or question his ideas, he was a manipulator and knew how the founder's mind worked (at the time, me and a few of the other staff were helping the founder out as much as we could 'cause his head was kinda fucked and he was dealing with a lot of shit IRL, so we were keeping him stable while helping him manage the server), he managed to speak to the Founder alone enough, to get him to try to make him a Senior admin straight away, he called a meeting and said just that, the whole staff team disagreed, me especially as all staff should be treated equally, he should go up the system like everyone else, the server had changed a lot since he was last here and it'd take him a long time to get used to it, so the founder said he'd be made a admin and that's final, so we agreed. Not even 5 days later, he was promoted to SA, which upset a lot of the staff team, Alan then started to try and use low ranking staff and the player base to spy on staff members to see if they were talking about him behind his back, he especially targeted me, as I'd always speak my mind on a situation and would explain why some of his ideas were bad, in which he didn't like, 'cause no one is allowed to question the word of alan. He grew to hate me, but kept it to himself, just waiting, watching me, for a moment for me to slip up so he could demote me; I never did.
Alan was later promoted to the rank of Owner as the Founders mental state had worsened and Alan had taken advantage of it to allow him to take full control over the clonewars server, we had started up a Imperial server at this time too(which had happened before but didn't work as staff conflict arises and was later on disbanded and those staff were demoted for causing conflict in the community.), I was in the founders channel late one night just chatting to him about server stuff, ideas, spit balling and real life stuff, just to easy his mind a bit more (we were all very much friends with the founder, the guy was a sweet dude), suddenly, a group of 2 imperial staff members and 1 user join the channel loud as all hell, threw insults for no reason and was very rude outta the blue, this of course annoyed me a bit, once they left, I said to the founder what a bunch of goons, I later went offline and posted about it in the staff Snapchat, calling them the goon squad, this was the mistake alan was waiting for...
He was told about it and knew about the previous imperialRP incident with the conflict between staff, and used that fear of what happened before, to incite I was 'causing the same conflicts in snapchat and used it as a reason to try and demote me, he had manipulated the founder so much so, that he agreed to it, he didn't want to do it (he also admitted to me many times down the line it was a regret that shouldn't of happened), but Alan forced it, I was one of the oldest staff members there, I had been staff for just over 2 years there and I had taught so many of the other staff members how to do there jobs and a lot of them became staff due to me. After a long heated talk between Alan and many staff members, he said his decision was final, I was demoted and 9 other staff members left the community due to alans corruption, 2 months later, the community went into decline, I came back to see the ashes of what remained of what was once a fun and enjoy place, alan came to me in a private channel in teamspeak, and openly admitted and I quote "I wanted to demote you so badly 'cause I hated you so much, but you were such a good staff member, it made it almost impossible, you were my goal, and when I achieved it, I realised I had failed this community". That was the end of my time as a VisionRP staff member, RIP VisionRP (No I'm not looking to go back, but the founder is still a extremely good coder and is always looking for work, so if you need a extra coder, to do small ish things, I could always message him for you guys.)

Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff):I'm available pretty much all day, I can be contacted on discord or steam fairly easily.(Providing I ain't sleeping, rolling a joint, using the toilet or eating dinner and yes, I do smoke weed everyday, for medical reasons that don't affect my staffing/personal ability in anyway, you can ask Djinn, Holy, Browns, Newbie or pretty much any ODST in how I am in missions and on the server and they can tell you.).

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):I've got a lot of experience not only with staffing, but as garry's mod as a whole, on my main account alone I have over 6000 hours and another 8000 on my brothers account, which is what I used when I was about the age of 8 and for many years after till I made my own account 'cause my brother wanted his steam account back.
I'm fairly good at building almost anything in garry's mod, I know a fair bit about PAC3 and can help out players/staff with any questions that they may have on the subject, I'm pretty well rounded in most fields that a staff member needs as I've been one many times in the past, in all kinds of roles, from RP, to Deathmatch, I played many gamemodes and staffed most of them and I understand the many different levels of seriousness within staff teams and communities, some are very chill and normally the player base kind crumbles around the edges and I've seen over baring communities that crush their player base and staff team into the ground and I've seen money hungry communities, I've staffed for most of them and I know a good community when I see it.
My vast knowledge and experience with garry's mod I think will make me shine above the rest (although I hate holding myself in some kind of light above everyone else). I never speak without reason, if I have something to say, it is normally 'cause it needs to be said or it has good reason to be said.
My ability to judge people is fairly good and I'd say is otherwise better then most, as I've spent my whole life trying to work out people, their mind sets and way of thinking.
Due to me being able to stay calm, cool and collected in almost all situations allows me to deal with any kind of sit situation, I've had to deal with racists, sexists and all manor of trolls and rule breakers, even having to talk to a player about gender confusing (which was rather weird but somehow I managed to help them work out who they were.), no matter the sit, I can handle is single handedly.
I can deal with large amounts of people fairly well without having to mute them all, I've had 8 people all in a sit before, everyone of them were being racist, sexist and abusive, but later on I managed to work them down and get them to actually start roleplaying and turn from what were meant to be trolls and rule breakers; ended up as normal players and a few became donates and didn't break a single rule after that time.
I have a unique way of being able to convey most people's messages, where others would explain something that would seem maybe complicated or sometimes people over explain or even just make no sense at all to the others, I can almost always work out what they mean to say and basically translate it into a simple few sentences that other people can understand easier, I don't know why, but it is just something that I had learnt from my time being a staff member and dealing with people that have learning difficulties.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by being me, like I always have done on any server I've been with, I'll never stop being me and that's it, I'm proud of who I am and what I can do to help servers, I always put in 100% of my efforts into all things I do when I comes to helping communities and servers alike, and this is one of those communities I want to see grow more and improve all the way along and help them evolve when it is needed and help you guys when you ain't sure if the server is ready to evolve or add something knew, I know how to look at both sides of the coin, and I can normally come up with a good way of summaries the positives and the negatives easily, and also point out which ones will make or break the server, of course these kinds of things are personal opinion and my experience that I would use as my reasoning, some things that would/have broken servers in the past, might work on others, it is normally down to how the community is and how the Garry's mod community is and what kind of ways they are evolving/growing and base it apon a level of logic.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I'm pretty sure by this point I've explained myself pretty well, so almost everything I'll say will be a repeat, but ha ho here we go again...
I believe I stand out from the others due to my vast experience with garry's mod and as a Garry's mod staff member, helping and working on many different gamemodes, running my own server twice, being a staff member of many; many gamemodes and climb those ranks like a normal player, using my own logic and intuition to deal with most situations ('cause that is how it was in old gmod, when the !awarn system wasn't even a thing and ULX was the bare bones and people were experimenting with other admin command systems.)I've dealt with any and all situations you could think of in Garry's mod, to the point it's like second nature in what to do, just with different ban times for different rule breaks.

A OOC matter can also not only be speaking something, it can also be something like I just put, jumping into space without the correct gear IC and doing a space jump onto a plant as a Marine(which only Spartans can do).
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):I'd bring the Marine to me away from RP and speak to him saying how it isn't right for him to say that kind of stuff IC and in a IC area and that if I catch him doing it again, I'll be kicking him from the server, and if his does it again after the kick it'll be a harsh ban (I'd say harsh to try to get him to avoid doing it if he is seriously here to RP). Then put him back to where he was till that situation crops up, which I've explained to him what would happen if he did carry on.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random Death Match is where a someone kills another without reason, such as shooting each other in the SSR without doing "/radio Ready". And killing marines that aren't listen to orders and not letting a staff member deal with them instead is also a act of RDM and both parties can get punished or atleast a verbal warning. If it was accidental I'd normal verbally warn them, but to be honest, discharging your weapon to the point of being able to kill another is pretty hard these days on a server(unless you're using explosives), so I'd most likely kick them if it came to it, but it is purely situational.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I'm extremely experienced using ULX and I've been staff of many servers, so many that I literally lost track (I've been playing gmod on and off since I was 8 years old, till I was about 14, then it started to take over my life again). There are some servers I remember, like Lmaollama, which was a basewars server that came up when base wars was new and 32 slot servers were considered big, we had a 40 slot server, I worked up the ranks (which was surprisingly hard to do on that server) to admin and was admin for quite a while till the server shutdown. One was a Phasefour seriousRP server that I can't remember the name of, but it was pretty good, but that was the first seriousRP gamemode I had played, it was Clockwork script, I was the operator rank. Then there was StarwarsRP, the only true starwarsRP server to me, as it was the only one I found enjoyable and with a nice staff team(at the time), I loved it so much, It's name was VisionRP, I was a commander of the 104th Wolfpack, which is what I stayed with for a very long time, I was a player on that server for 8 months, till it went almost completely dead, I left it for about 4-5 months, came back to it when it was revived back and was in need of players, I was one of the few of the old members that came back to get it going, it was a 60 slot server, I played as Wolfpack commander again, by working up the ranks again, and finally decided it was time to become staff, I did so with a application, like the one I'm writing now, I worked my way up the ranks, helping in anyway I could, either it be simple coding with some help or it be helping get other regiments sorted out, even little things such as whitelists and other things that staff members would expect the Tmods or the moderators to do, even when I became a Senior Admin and Head of Events, I still responded to tickets and I still helped out as much as I could, we eventually got the server to the point of it being at 90 slots and being full during prime time, it was one hell of a fun time and a very enjoyable experience from the start, till one day, one of the old staff members joined back, his name was Alan, Ukrainian, he was a very strict guy, which was fine, but he thought all his decisions were perfect, and no one should ever dare speak out about him or question his ideas, he was a manipulator and knew how the founder's mind worked (at the time, me and a few of the other staff were helping the founder out as much as we could 'cause his head was kinda fucked and he was dealing with a lot of shit IRL, so we were keeping him stable while helping him manage the server), he managed to speak to the Founder alone enough, to get him to try to make him a Senior admin straight away, he called a meeting and said just that, the whole staff team disagreed, me especially as all staff should be treated equally, he should go up the system like everyone else, the server had changed a lot since he was last here and it'd take him a long time to get used to it, so the founder said he'd be made a admin and that's final, so we agreed. Not even 5 days later, he was promoted to SA, which upset a lot of the staff team, Alan then started to try and use low ranking staff and the player base to spy on staff members to see if they were talking about him behind his back, he especially targeted me, as I'd always speak my mind on a situation and would explain why some of his ideas were bad, in which he didn't like, 'cause no one is allowed to question the word of alan. He grew to hate me, but kept it to himself, just waiting, watching me, for a moment for me to slip up so he could demote me; I never did.
Alan was later promoted to the rank of Owner as the Founders mental state had worsened and Alan had taken advantage of it to allow him to take full control over the clonewars server, we had started up a Imperial server at this time too(which had happened before but didn't work as staff conflict arises and was later on disbanded and those staff were demoted for causing conflict in the community.), I was in the founders channel late one night just chatting to him about server stuff, ideas, spit balling and real life stuff, just to easy his mind a bit more (we were all very much friends with the founder, the guy was a sweet dude), suddenly, a group of 2 imperial staff members and 1 user join the channel loud as all hell, threw insults for no reason and was very rude outta the blue, this of course annoyed me a bit, once they left, I said to the founder what a bunch of goons, I later went offline and posted about it in the staff Snapchat, calling them the goon squad, this was the mistake alan was waiting for...
He was told about it and knew about the previous imperialRP incident with the conflict between staff, and used that fear of what happened before, to incite I was 'causing the same conflicts in snapchat and used it as a reason to try and demote me, he had manipulated the founder so much so, that he agreed to it, he didn't want to do it (he also admitted to me many times down the line it was a regret that shouldn't of happened), but Alan forced it, I was one of the oldest staff members there, I had been staff for just over 2 years there and I had taught so many of the other staff members how to do there jobs and a lot of them became staff due to me. After a long heated talk between Alan and many staff members, he said his decision was final, I was demoted and 9 other staff members left the community due to alans corruption, 2 months later, the community went into decline, I came back to see the ashes of what remained of what was once a fun and enjoy place, alan came to me in a private channel in teamspeak, and openly admitted and I quote "I wanted to demote you so badly 'cause I hated you so much, but you were such a good staff member, it made it almost impossible, you were my goal, and when I achieved it, I realised I had failed this community". That was the end of my time as a VisionRP staff member, RIP VisionRP (No I'm not looking to go back, but the founder is still a extremely good coder and is always looking for work, so if you need a extra coder, to do small ish things, I could always message him for you guys.)

Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff):I'm available pretty much all day, I can be contacted on discord or steam fairly easily.(Providing I ain't sleeping, rolling a joint, using the toilet or eating dinner and yes, I do smoke weed everyday, for medical reasons that don't affect my staffing/personal ability in anyway, you can ask Djinn, Holy, Browns, Newbie or pretty much any ODST in how I am in missions and on the server and they can tell you.).

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):I've got a lot of experience not only with staffing, but as garry's mod as a whole, on my main account alone I have over 6000 hours and another 8000 on my brothers account, which is what I used when I was about the age of 8 and for many years after till I made my own account 'cause my brother wanted his steam account back.
I'm fairly good at building almost anything in garry's mod, I know a fair bit about PAC3 and can help out players/staff with any questions that they may have on the subject, I'm pretty well rounded in most fields that a staff member needs as I've been one many times in the past, in all kinds of roles, from RP, to Deathmatch, I played many gamemodes and staffed most of them and I understand the many different levels of seriousness within staff teams and communities, some are very chill and normally the player base kind crumbles around the edges and I've seen over baring communities that crush their player base and staff team into the ground and I've seen money hungry communities, I've staffed for most of them and I know a good community when I see it.
My vast knowledge and experience with garry's mod I think will make me shine above the rest (although I hate holding myself in some kind of light above everyone else). I never speak without reason, if I have something to say, it is normally 'cause it needs to be said or it has good reason to be said.
My ability to judge people is fairly good and I'd say is otherwise better then most, as I've spent my whole life trying to work out people, their mind sets and way of thinking.
Due to me being able to stay calm, cool and collected in almost all situations allows me to deal with any kind of sit situation, I've had to deal with racists, sexists and all manor of trolls and rule breakers, even having to talk to a player about gender confusing (which was rather weird but somehow I managed to help them work out who they were.), no matter the sit, I can handle is single handedly.
I can deal with large amounts of people fairly well without having to mute them all, I've had 8 people all in a sit before, everyone of them were being racist, sexist and abusive, but later on I managed to work them down and get them to actually start roleplaying and turn from what were meant to be trolls and rule breakers; ended up as normal players and a few became donates and didn't break a single rule after that time.
I have a unique way of being able to convey most people's messages, where others would explain something that would seem maybe complicated or sometimes people over explain or even just make no sense at all to the others, I can almost always work out what they mean to say and basically translate it into a simple few sentences that other people can understand easier, I don't know why, but it is just something that I had learnt from my time being a staff member and dealing with people that have learning difficulties.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by being me, like I always have done on any server I've been with, I'll never stop being me and that's it, I'm proud of who I am and what I can do to help servers, I always put in 100% of my efforts into all things I do when I comes to helping communities and servers alike, and this is one of those communities I want to see grow more and improve all the way along and help them evolve when it is needed and help you guys when you ain't sure if the server is ready to evolve or add something knew, I know how to look at both sides of the coin, and I can normally come up with a good way of summaries the positives and the negatives easily, and also point out which ones will make or break the server, of course these kinds of things are personal opinion and my experience that I would use as my reasoning, some things that would/have broken servers in the past, might work on others, it is normally down to how the community is and how the Garry's mod community is and what kind of ways they are evolving/growing and base it apon a level of logic.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I'm pretty sure by this point I've explained myself pretty well, so almost everything I'll say will be a repeat, but ha ho here we go again...
I believe I stand out from the others due to my vast experience with garry's mod and as a Garry's mod staff member, helping and working on many different gamemodes, running my own server twice, being a staff member of many; many gamemodes and climb those ranks like a normal player, using my own logic and intuition to deal with most situations ('cause that is how it was in old gmod, when the !awarn system wasn't even a thing and ULX was the bare bones and people were experimenting with other admin command systems.)I've dealt with any and all situations you could think of in Garry's mod, to the point it's like second nature in what to do, just with different ban times for different rule breaks.

Explain what FailRP is in detail:It is where you state something in character(IC) which is a out-of character(OOC) matter or something that you shouldn't know IC within a IC area, such as saying "I hate playing as a marine, I'm gonna go jump onto the plant where the SoS are.". A OOC matter can also not only be speaking something, it can also be something like I just put, jumping into space without the correct gear IC and doing a space jump onto a plant as a Marine(which only Spartans can do).
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):I'd bring the Marine to me away from RP and speak to him saying how it isn't right for him to say that kind of stuff IC and in a IC area and that if I catch him doing it again, I'll be kicking him from the server, and if his does it again after the kick it'll be a harsh ban (I'd say harsh to try to get him to avoid doing it if he is seriously here to RP). Then put him back to where he was till that situation crops up, which I've explained to him what would happen if he did carry on.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random Death Match is where a someone kills another without reason, such as shooting each other in the SSR without doing "/radio Ready". And killing marines that aren't listen to orders and not letting a staff member deal with them instead is also a act of RDM and both parties can get punished or atleast a verbal warning. If it was accidental I'd normal verbally warn them, but to be honest, discharging your weapon to the point of being able to kill another is pretty hard these days on a server(unless you're using explosives), so I'd most likely kick them if it came to it, but it is purely situational.
