Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): I am a senior in high school, who spends quite a bit of time as of late with friends, my girlfriend, or health improvement. I have wanted to be staff on Halo for a while now and hope with my limited time I can still be accepted as I hope to provide as much help as I when I am active.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I try to be a generally mellow and calm person but of course somethings limit that, as it does with most people. I am a senior in high school so stress does get to me sometimes, but I will not let that hinder my duties as staff, as much as possible. However one thing I should mention is I will always put school before the server, as anyone should.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): If you can inform me of how to find this for Halo I would be more than happy to get it. I have off an on played from the summer of 2018, but around early October of 2018 to now I have had large amounts of time put into Halo. I really have no estimate other than I've been playing since June/July of 2018... sorry!!!
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: No. I have been remarked as saying things at the wrong time and joking to much, but not as intentional mingery.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I was a staff on Revival SCP from T-Mod up to Admin for a while then had myself removed during a time where I was no longer able to be active enough for it.

How will your activity be on the server? As much as I can be as a senior in high school.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): My days and hours of availability are random, I have no idea what my family will have me doing one day. I also spend a bit of my time with my friends and girlfriend, of course I will put my life before the server as anyone should. If I plan on going LOA or disappearing intentionally I will let someone know as soon as I can.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I don't like trying to prove myself better than others, but I wish to see Halo in a better state as a community and in server, with fewer minges and rule breakers. I hope my actions on the server may help show that I mean the best for the server and don't wish to ruin it for myself or others. Although I am not an expert at Halo lore like some applicants, I hope this doesn't hinder my chance for staff. I wish as staff to better the community that plays the server by setting an example to be followed by.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I hope to reduce the effect of minges on players by catching them before they get to widespread, I hope to ease tension between factions by being a non-leaned observer and judge, I also wish to limit the amount of awkward rulings of certain situations that are often quickly judged and wrongly punished. I hope with my actions as staff, on and off duty, I can be beneficial to the server in any way possible.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): As my time as a staff on SCP I tried my hardest to be as equal leveled with everyone as possible, not leaning towards one faction because of affiliations with them. With my previous knowledge as staff and what I can learn from staff on here with help from other members I hope I can stand out above other applicants. I also hope my time as a staff previously will carry over into this act of staff if I am accepted into the position.

-Kick for minor minging cases, warn if continued cases of minging, and 2-3 day ban for severe or excessive cases minging on the server.

-Knowingly disregarding the set rules of RP in attempts to ruin the RP or benefit yourself by ignoring rules.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
-Two people are fighting in CQC, and when one attempts to roll or continue the RP, the other just kills the other person with no RP or following the rules of RP.
- Kick from server for a minor case of FailRP as well as a verbal warning, if FailRP continues a account warning and another kick form server, with large cases or numerous counts of FailRP a 1 week ban will be issued.

-Multiple intentional RDM cases or Mass RDM in one case = 1 week ban and account warn.
