Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm Supp0WND and I'm uhhhh.. A cool guy? I really like to think of myself as a chill and laid back guy that has a hard time picking sides. I've been playing Gmod for awhile and staffing for almost all of that time. 6000+ hours to be exact. So I like to think that I know what I’m doing, most of the time.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I was event producer and moderator for a Clockwork HL2RP server called Shockcore Gaming, I was event handler and superadmin for another HL2RP server called Rise/The Domain. I was also super admin on another server called Blue Dream. I was also staff on smaller clockwork servers that I can't bother to remember the name of. So I'd like to think I have experience running events/staffing.
I also run an Arma 3 MilSim group, that shouldn't conflict, though.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I have over 5 years and 6000+ hours on my belt with Garry's Mod. Almost all of that time has been spent administrating or moderating communities and servers. Some large, others small. I've seen almost everything, and dealt with almost everything under the sun. Administrating is what I know best, and what I love to do the most so I like to think that I can do a pretty decent job at doing that job.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on using my years worth of serving and administrating communities and applying what I learned from there, here. I've seen and dealt with almost everything under the sun. No task is to big for my and my patience is endless. I like to think of myself as a leader as well and I'm more than willing to step up and lead in the absence of leadership.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Usually, when I'm given any sort of leadership/admin role RP just gets thrown out of the window for the most part. (something which I've adopted in the recent months) I do my job and do it well, which results in me hardly ever doing any sort of RP. Community experience comes first in my book.

Explain what minging is: Minging is the act of making the game a hostile and unplayable mess for everyone else. This usually goes hand in hand with FailRP. Minges usually try their best to meme around and be a waste of space on the server. They could be doing anything from mic spamming, to RDM and FailRP
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Lets say Billy Joe is running around, hot micing and calling everyone gay. I'd give him a verbal warning then a kick if it continues past that. When he comes back I'd warn him again then if it continues past that I'd ban him. This is a similar thing to Trolling so I usually take it the same way as that.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is the act of refusing/ignoring other people's RP deliberately. This can include such things as ignoring a limb being lost, ignoring any sort of verbal command from a higher up, and roleplaying as something that they're clearly not.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Lets say Billy Joe is running around, ignoring higher-ups and acting like he's the master chief. IC: In-Character is where all the 'real' stuff happens. In-Character is well, in-character. Something happens, and you take it seriously and how your character would take it. I.E. **Hangar-Bay 1 explodes, damaging the area around it**
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Warning and a reminder that if it's taken into IC matters, it's considered Fail-RP. If it continues, kick the both of them and warn them when they come back, then a ban if it persists.
