Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): About two years ago i was hit in the crosswalk by a UPS truck, it has since then altered my life. I happen to go to doctors appointments not all the time, but most of the time, yet when i am free i am always on revival servers halo rp regardless of if there is 7 people to full population.


Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Well, my name is Elijah Sutton. As you already know, i am 20 years old, but will be 21 in a couple of months. I was born in anchorage alaska, and currently live in las vegas. For about four years i have been roleplaying across four different games, Arma 3, Dayz, Life is Feudal Your Own, and Garrys Mod. On the topic of garrys mod, i happen to have great experience already in management and monitoring of servers. I was a Head admin and Super admin on an old server known as Parador RP. we lasted for about 6 months and sadly closed down. But in that time i worked my way up through staff and learned the ropes on how to be a good asset to the staff team.


How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): 7 days so far on the server


Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: Negative, i am a very serious person when ever i am on the server.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): As previously stated above, i have been staff on parador rp as a super admin and head admin.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I, Sutton, Am a better candidate than other who have applied before me, because no one is the same. I am hard working, hard earning, willing, needing, wanting this server to thrive to its full potential. Some others who have applied before me only apply to get Tmod and try it out, test the ropes, see what staff is like. Not I, i am going to work my way up the staff team, and take over as a head admin (if that is even possible of course).


How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server from how active i will be, having someone who is active on the staff team is beneficial to any server. For it shows that the server will have safety and a lock down on any stupidity on any situation that happens to come its way. That is how i plan to benefit the server, is protect the server from those who wish to do it harm.


Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I, Sutton, stand out from the others, for the fact of prior experience that i am currently bringing up to the table. Yes some other have prior experience, but not all, and that is what fully makes a difference in a staff team. Adding people who are new is always good and makes a fresh start, but adding someone who has experience is something that makes a staff team last, and that's what makes me stand out.

List (5) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,Jail,slay(Explain What They Do.)):

1. !want <persons name or steam ID depending on server> : this allows those on station to want someone and it show amongst the area that the player is wanted above their head.

2. !unwant <persons name or steam ID depending on server> : this allows you to unwant a player incase you accidentally made a mistake and wanted someone.

3. !give <persons name> <items name> : allows you to give a person a certain item pertaining to a mod pack or a Q menu item in the weapons list or addons list.

4. !noclip : allows a player to noclip around the map, otherwise known as fly around the map.

5. !cloak : allows a player to cloak themselves, commonly used when a person is noclipping around a map in admin mod to watch over a player who had been reported for minging or RDM.

Explain what minging is: Also known as, someone who generally comes onto any server to mess around, act immature, and not listen to any of the rules or follow any of the orders given to them by anyone on either staff or in game high rank. Most times these people will also commit RDM, ARDM, MRDM, RACISM, ERP, BHOP, or attemp to break any of the other urles not stated before hand.


Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): So, A marine is currently walking out of the marine bunks when a freshly spawned recruit comes out of the zulu bunks. Sprinting over, that marine then proceeds to scream and make annoying, mic spam like noises towards the marine who was leaving. The marine who was leaving calls an admin, who in this situation would be me, i would teleport over, and tell them to stop. Upon them not stoping they would receive a kick, if they happened to come back on and not listen again, a 5 hour ban, and if they happened to come and do it again, a 3 day ban. Until the person either goes away or decides to listen. For we are a serious rp server.


Explain what FailRP is in detail: Fail Role Play, also known as, something, someone or some character does. This thing or reaction, is something that is not usual, not right, or should or could not have actually happened.


Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Say that an Army was off on a mission with SOS, will sitting inside the base, begins to shoot one of the sos while knowing exactly who they are, i would pull him away and explain to him the situation at hand, heal the SOS, and more then likely watch that army guy from the sideline. If i catch him doing it again at any point then i would repamend him and kick him from the server after explaining to him why.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random death match, which is usually when a player will kill someone for no reason at all, just for the sake of it.


Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): say a marine just walked outside of the zulu bunk. That same marine, lagged out and went through the door and began unloading into a oni, killing him with his MA37. I would pull them both to a secluded room and hear both of their sides of the story, as should everyone do, for there's always two sides to a story. I would then explain to the marine, that as it seemed to the others around, he stepped out and mowed him down, no lag at all. I would further explain that he would be kicked from the server for RDM and that it is not permanent and that he can join back right away, and to be careful next time.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling, something most youtubers and people alike do, where they join a server and do everything in there power to cause havoc.


Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Say this, An STG has just joined in the NCC and is a fresh trainee. This trainee continues to back sas his officers and shows no care to there orders to what they say and continues to act like a child. I would pull them aside and describe to them that this is a serious server and they are to be in character, and that if they do not change their actions there will be consequences. Symply warning some people is enough, but most times, they will continue and get removed from their respective battalions or branches and get moved back to there standard starter battalion and get blacklisted from what they were in before.

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail): OOC is out of character and IC is in character.

OOC: A marine walks out of zulu bunks and steps over into the LT bunks in the Marine bunks area. Inside a couple others sit talking about there actual lives and not what's going on in game, the reasoning being because the server is currently sitting at 7 people. There is no reason to be in character.

IC: A LT walks into the VICTOR bunks and everyone inside turns, a loud call in the voice chat could be heard as everyone yelled “ Good afternoon sir” and the chat filled with there salute binds.


What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): So, two marines, Marine A, and Marine B. these marines were both put up for a promotion to WO3, but only one could get it, and the promoting officer couldn't tell who to give it to so he said he would hold off. The two began to argue in TS about the issue, which led to them attack each other in game around the ship, unloading there guns in a calm time when nothing's going on. I would pull them both to the side, and explain to them that they were both going to be getting kicked. And if they had killed anyone else in the crossfire i would ban them an extra day for each one, just to be fair. Because ooc shouldn't affect ic.
