Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm a college student studying english teaching as a foreign language (TESOL) I'm quite calm and content most of the time, but can also provide serious aspects to situations that need it. I'm trying to work my way towards a university degree so A lot of my time in the day will be taken up. However my evenings (Your afternoons) Will most of the time be available.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I worked my way through a star wars RP server, Vision Roleplay. Worked my way up to senior admin and stayed there for a long time. Was a staff for roughly 2 years.

How will your activity be on the server? Most of my time in the evening so roughly 6pm-8pm Somedays
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I'll be free all of Tuesday, Friday and Saturday evening/night Only available during EST time (Evenings) on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday. Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I would like to assure that my time on other servers gives me no right to look down upon the other staff members in the team, I'm positive that I am not up to the standard as they are at the moment but given time to readjust to the system and the mindset I can guarantee my relaxed, friendly and professional attitude towards situations can provide what any staff team requires. Of course, other requirements like maturity and patience are essential but as a member of the staff of a different server coming over to another, I'd like to show that my skills could prove useful.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): My will to show input and maintain a constant amount of thought process that goes towards new ideas and systems that could allow a server to progress past its limitations and setbacks. Addressing somewhere I cannot help, of course, I am unable to code or provide any development, but as a general helper, I believe to the best of my ability the information and feedback I could provide could be on par with most staff members. It is, of course, to be expected that finding new ways to assist the server is a key move that will keep myself motivated and focused on my duty.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I know that my goal and attitude to continue learning will not only be useful to myself but could be useful to my job. The willpower to explain and elaborate on issues that could occur during a meeting or a discussion may give the incentive and the drive to get the job done. I'm not saying I can speak like Shakespeare But I want, No I will to the best of my ability to be as of much help as possible.

Explain what minging is: Minging is the intent to harrass or to cause Fail RP in the highest amount of disrespect.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Ban the player for 1 day if the issue is major then a longer amount of days would be allocated to the ban.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: It is a failure to stick to your in-game characters situation and discussion, for example, an MP arresting a Marine due to something he admitted to doing in OOC, if the MP arrested the marine it would class as fail RP bringing the OOC situation, that your character is unaware of IC.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A warning or a kick depending on the severity of the circumstances of the situation. If the player was discussing on how he was going to kill his other marines in OOC as a sort of joke as they are friendly and you can have a joke in OOC to some extent, Another marine from another company arrives having read that message shoots and kills the marine that gave the threat of murdering his fellow marines. It would be Fail RP to use something that was OOC and bring that situation in IC, Not only that but that would also count as RDM, so as a punishment a warning would be given and a ban.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Random Death Match is the act where a battle or fight breaks out with no context or RP reason, for example, a SoS kills an HoJ because he just wanted to because he was annoyed or a possible argument.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If referring to the situation above a possible 2-3 day ban would be given out, as well as a notice to the leader of both parties involved.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling in the purest form is the continuous intent to refuse the situation at hand, say for instance if you were told to do something and you don't do it that would be classed, in IC failure to follow orders. However repeated refusal of the core aspects or roleplay and rank structure basically ruins the whole roleplay experience.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would (if available) contact another staff member online to provide the situation and have a second opinion to see if the player is intentionally trolling or simply new to the server as it can be confusing sometimes even as a player.

OOC: Out Of Character, For example, you would be talking about something that is occurring maybe in real life or possibly something to do with the OOC chat or events.
IC: In Character, For example, This would refer to in-game roleplay such as a conversation about a previous event where the Users were caught up in a firefight. Or it could be a possible act of disagree with a situation that involved one of their squad mates being punished.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): It would be considered fail RP to bring matters of OOC into IC. The situation would be voided and depending on the severity of the matter that was brought into IC. A punishment would be handed out to both players accordingly.
