Well currently im an active roleplayer in the community who is trying to use the rest of his time up, if im not at the gym or school, im on my computer, [computer all the time cause of quarantine lol] I like to have fun and actually act like the characters I play as, some characters might be goofy while others are serious like my Unggoy and my Freelancer.
I mostly do Millitary themed RP as im going into the Navy in real life, I will dabble in political and governmental RP a little if I want a break from all the orders and fighting, I am more in tuned with vehicles and Elite units on RP servers.
I am a Military enthusiast that loves WW2, I always talk about this subject for hours on end, I love the technology that came for the war and allowed us to have what we have now a days, I am also a great Military tactician on strategy games, I love to play halo wars 1, 2, and definitive, [despite what some say, halo wars definitive DOES have map changes, unit changes, and gameplay changes] I also love Hearts of Iron 4 and Stellaris, and lets not forget Civilization: Revolution, and my most all time favorite a little WW2 game called R.U.S.E.
I used to work in a daycare with my Aunt, no i wasn't officially employed but the owner of the building did give me 20 bucks a week for helping out! The bulding had a pool, daycare, gym, and some other rooms I never got to see, it was a multi building that all the rooms were actual seperate businesses but under one Company and were all named the same [Company name daycare] or [company name pool and sauna]
it was tailored towards adults, the daycare was added on when it got suggested a lot and there used to be 30+ kids a day, I was 14 at the time, I helped the kids out mostly with the toys, utensils, little arguments and etc just normal stuff while my aunt did the bathroom stuff and snack time. This actually started my children and people skills which i used my Junior and partially Senior Year to be a student councilor.
I love to have fun, the server won't be the only place il be having fun, sure I love to hand out fruit snacks on my deacon or tap people with my staff but I also love to have fun on other games and I constantly see if anyone has the same games as me and wants to play them.

How will your activity be on the server?: Everyday for 6+ hours, if school starts up again then all weekdays 3-10 PM CST and weekends always available
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): If school starts up again then all weekdays 3-10 and weekends always available, as of right now however I am available everyday at all hours as my sleep schedule is sporadic.

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I stand out from other staff by the fact that my OOC and IC hatred of individuals do not affect my staffing nature and it actually allows me to know how to calm a heated situation down quickly as I would know that person. I can be a good staff member because I know what it's like to have a bad day and just take your anger out in a video game, I know people often make mistakes when they do this. I punish when I have to when the person clearly shows them being a minge or just them breaking rules, but I use staff sits as an opportunity to engage with the community and teach them the rules and what to do on the server. I know I can be a good staff member and stand out from others because I connect with people, I treat them as equals no matter who they are and I firmly believe everyone gets a fair chance and a way of explaining themselves. Everyone should be happy, not sad, not mad and at the end of my staff sits I want both sides happy with the outcome, I want us to be more than a community but a family.
I want to be a staff member to make Revival a safe and fun community to play in. I also wish to take the responsibilities of Revival Servers by making sure that HaloRP is a safe place to roleplay by enforcing the rules in place. I also believe I stand out more to be a staff member as I am a funny likeable person but serious when it comes to these matters. I want to be a part of the Revival staff team as I would like to help out the server in any way possible, and I feel like joining the staff team would help me accomplish that goal. As a staff member I’d like to take tickets to assist the players in any way possible. I have a goal of eventually climbing the staff member’s CoC so that I can help out a lot more people, by doing things such as helping events, whitelists, staff interviews, map edits, and so much more.I believe I stand out because I want us to be a family and all together.
Like everyone else, I’m just here to have fun and create the best possible experience for the other players. I’m a good roleplayer, and I’m a very nice person. I don’t like to be hostile in general so you can count on me being fairly nice to the Players and or sit participants. I can defuse any situation that heads my way, no matter how bad it is I can fix it. I’m not a biased person like some of the staff members can be during staff sits, even if they’re my friends they’ll receive full punishment just like anybody else would for breaking the server rules. I want people to have the BEST experience, therefore I will try to be the very best I can be on this server as a staff member if I’m accepted. I will bring a safe, good staff experience to the players on the server.
