(Minimum 1 paragraph): I have experience do this and another pair of hands never hurts. with the experience that I have, I can sufficiently help people and I enjoy doing it. I have to offer a new view on certain situations and a good general feel. I like to think that I have a good humour, although, I do have a serious side which is necessary to staffing that's what I have to offer.

• Why should we pick you over other applicants? (100 Words Minimum): I can be on for very long stretch start time and when EU players are on and the US are not online, I can assist people during most of the day also having two monitors helps monitor the TeamSpeak channel more efficiently. I know how to administrate. I like to think that I can make a good decision and resolve situations fairly. I'm good at spotting letting things that are wrong. I enjoin helping people so I think can be a good benefit to the team. I think I can be of help to too the TS server and community

I can overlook the fluency on the grounds that
1.) You have a mic so you will rarely be typing to people
2.) You have dyslexia, it is nearly impossible for you to actually find every single error and to -1 you for not being able to do so would be nit picking at best, unfair at worst

+1, when you're on you are on for long stretches of time and you're on at times that we need more active staff available to help
