The permissions for channel mod and channel admin

For some reason, I'm not able to kick people as channel mod or admin. As channel admin, I'm still able to edit the channel which is fine. But, I can't kick people as channel mod or admin. And I didn't know where I had to post this, so, @Benlin12 can you fix this?

I can't even kick a member at all. And I tried to kick a forum trial moderator and he didn't have any channel permissions that were higher than me. So I don't know how to fix it.
