Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm 23 just looking to help out on the server, i came from a Star Wars RP sever i put 300 hours into. I did'nt join staff on that server since they had full staff. I just really like to help people out with problems and would love to help out with this server. I play a lot of games, i really like the rp style of some games and Gmod is really fun with it.

How will your activity be on the server? I'm on most days, everyday if i can.
Days,Hours Of Availability Usually From 2pm to 10pm everyday, except for sat and sun, I do raiding on World Of Warcraft for a progression guild.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Why i am a better candidate, well when i'm serious about doing something i do it to a tee. I'm devoted to my work that i have to put in, so if i'm able to help the server then i will do it with no questions asked, unless its something that i need to talk to another staff about. I don't have a problem just sitting on as staff while others play, because if i need to be staff just so others can play then i have no problem doing it so that people can have fun on the server. I also have some more experience with the whole having to not use power, as i was a manager at some of my IRL jobs so i know what responsability that comes with staff.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I will benefit the server by being as active as i can be, which is everyday at the least. I'm here to help people so i would be always ears for anyone need assistance in the server. I Don't go afk much so i would have more time to be on to help people on the server. I also would benefit people who don't know much, being if its their first day or just need a question answerd, or they are a veteran on the server, ill give it 100% to be there for everyone to make the server a great inviroment for people to join and play.

I stand out from others as being new to the staff and staffing on a server. I do not know a lot of things retaining to helping a server, but i'm willing to learn it fast to get the job done for everyone. I also stand out with my charisma, i am always willing to learn something new and try something new to help benefit everyone i know.

Explain what minging is: Basically just trolling out of character or even in, Like repeating the same word over and over till someone tell them not to, bu then they do it again.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): A warning. So if someone is trying to RP and they got someone just metagaming and just trolling the Rpr then i would give the guy a warning for minging but if he keeps it out he can get a 1 day ban till he feels like acutally rping.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP would be if someone RP arrests you and you just run away and don't follow the Rp arrest then you did a FailRP.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):I would give the person a warning and tell him what he did wrong and not to happen again.

Explain what RDM is in detail: Its when people kill random players for no reason in the game. So if someone just logged on and just shoots up a whole place killing 1 to 2 players for no reason then its RDM, More people killed is a Mass RDM.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would find out the reasons why he RDM'd and give him a warning OR a timeout of the sever for 1 hour at maximum, if it continues then a ban for x amount of time, depending on how many people and what he did.

OOC: Is out of character chat, so if a movie came out IRL then you would talk about it in OOC
IC: Is In character chat, so like if a ship is cool and you are next to the person, you would talking in character about the ship.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Basically i would give them a warning and tell them to not do the fighting in OOC for the sake of other trying to enjoy themselfs on the server, and in IC as well, Also Find out the reason and help them solve the issue with no other casualtys.
