Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): I'm usually not available in early hours of some days during the week since I have class or work, but I still try to get on the server to hang out or join whatever event could be happening in the late hours.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a calm level headed person who usually tries to be enjoyable and is usually by the book and strait forward about things. I tend to work well while under pressure, If I'm in a situation that is rather "heated," I wait for things to cool down or work with it. I also try my best sympathize with both parties and hear them out. One of my better qualities is being able to trouble shoot issues if they come to me or others. I am also always open for trying new things.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): I've been on the server for about half a month.
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: I would't be filling out this app if I was, so no.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I was a Super Admin on a server called PlayFree back in 2013. I then was then Headadmin on another called Original Gaming. After the server Died around 2015 I went on to host/assist server for source games like Gmod and it's gamemodes like Darkrp, setting up classes and ULX for people who didn't know how to do it. I then spent the rest of these years learning Nut Script for personal reason, along with hosting a tss/vanilla SWAT 4 server. I pull the plug after a while on the NS server for the fact I just wanted to play games as a player again.

How will your activity be on the server?: I'll still role play some days but I'll also try my best to go on duty to let players know I'm there if they need help.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I should be available 16:30 too 00:50 PST during the week while some days during the weekend, depending on how my schedule looks I'll be on at 10:40 or later, than get off around 3:00 in the morning during the weekend.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I believe that I am a better canidate with my seven years experience with Gmod and the source engine along with my knowledge of how people are on the game act is rather extensive compared to most people that play these days, most players/mods would not know the stuff I know when it comes to working with ULX or Source. At the same time, I still try to socialize and interact with the community, especially during events and what not.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on dedicating my time and energy to the server to enhance the experience for other players and make it enjoyable and provide a welcoming atmosphere for new players and assist with recruiters/NCO's with whitelisting. I also want to put my skills to use since they haven't had any use for a couple of months besides some test servers. In the end, I want to enforce the current environment that all players can enjoy and not have to worry about some user/player trying to minge.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): A thing that makes me stand out from the majority of the other applicants is my long history with Source, Garry's mod, and ULX along with still trying to play on the server as a "player" while also being some kind of help for the community if needed, plus I know how to keep my nose out of drama while trying to empathize with others and being rather non-bias. I am willing to give up some game time during events or what not to make it enjoyable for others.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would first figure out if they are aware that they are actively engaged in failRP, then inform them if they are not aware. If they are fully aware of it and are just trolling then I'll issue a warning/kick, if they come back and continue then it's a 1 or 5 day ban for failRP.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would first figure out what the issue is if the player that has been "combated" requests it. I would then do my best to defuse the situation if it's still hot. I would then send the initial offender back with a warning or let a MP deal with it if it's IC. If the offending player engaged in RDM with the other user OOC, I would then kick/warn them. If the player returns and continues, I would freeze them and issue a 1 or 5 day ban. Now if the player is just minging/intentionally RDMing others, I would freeze the player as I issue a ban for a number of weeks.

I would then issue a kick, if they come back and continue, I would ban them for 5 or 6 days.
