Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I'm going, to be honest, I am probably no better than the others I'm probably just as good as them I have a lot of experience so I do know what I'm doing and I take care of the sit as best as I can if I can't then I get another staff member to help me, im always professional and im very professional when it comes to it, I like to get things done and as best as possible so I can always do my job as a staff member as best i possibly.

Explain what minging is: minging is basically not roleplaying just messing about and doing whatever you want and in doing so is against the rules

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): if I saw someone minging I would warn them once and if they carry on then kick them if they come back and still minge then it would be another kick and if come back again it would be a ban.

Explain what FailRP is in detail: failRP is when someone is not roleplaying and doing something that is against roleplaying so doing something that is ooc in ic

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): if I saw someone failingRP or if I get a staff ticket of failrp I would warn them 2 times if they don't stop I would kick and if they come back again and still failrp I would ban them as it would be ruining RP for everyone else.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is pretty much failrping trolling is when someone is messing about and not doing anything anyone says to them in other words trolling is doing something to annoy someone.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): i wold TP to them and tell them not to troll and its not fair on other people and it can make people very upset depending on the what the troll did, if they did it again then I would kick them again if they still troll I would ban them for trolling.

OOC: OOC is out of character so something out of Roleplay so example someone would do /ooc and say something like hey there my favorite friend or say in voice chat OOC i need to go eat or brb getting a drink

IC: IC is IN character so when you're in roleplay so example /radio [RP] attempts to hack computer %10 so it or when your CO walks up to u and u salute and saying Sir, What's my orders.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): i would tell them to keep it in OOC or just to stop fighting in general if they dont stop i would have to kick them both to stop the fighting if they carry on then i would have to make a more Souris punishment like banning them both for an amount of time like a couple days just for not following the rules so if they is no one on the server and they are in a simulation room and fighting OOC its fine but doing so out of a simulation room can be RDM or FailRp.

It wasn’t rushed at all and i did think I thought really hard actually and i did very well for someone who has dyslexia

As someone who is also dyslexic, I understand your struggle, around 5-6 years ago I could barely write a sentence with one world spelt correctly. But my major criticism is you misspelt words that you have spelt correctly either in game or later in the application it seems you did put thought into it but you forgot to proof read it 2-3 times or run it through a spell checking website.

Another criticism is how you react with disagree while I get the use of it, it would be better to confront people in DMs about stuff like that, if that was in server and we didn’t have a disagree rating you would give some talk back, that is never good as it leads to confrontation and that can get you fucked if they make a report.

I have seen you in game and so have other people, this personally puts you above other applicants who I barely know at all. But I have seen mixed things in game, sometimes you’re a little over bearing and don’t know when to quit it, other times you’re really helpful with new players. If you want me to go more in depth on this I can.

Personally your answers are 50/50 some are a bit aggressive with the punishment and others are a bit passive we do have a punishment document that staff are given when they get interviewed. And again your answers are only 50% of the question it asks for an in detail description of events for example,
Give an example of a marine metagaming and how would you deal with it (Give a situation in detail): So a marine is in the ONI discord because he is an AI and he is a S3 AI so he has access to S3 channels and he is using information gotten from that (such as S3 projects) and telling people about it ICly as a marine. An ONI overhears the marine and calls a sit for metagame. I would take the call and bring them both to a sit room and ask the ONI (one who called the sit) his side of the story then ask the marine. If it was a misunderstanding I would explain to him what meta game is and let him off with a verbal and void everything he did but if he knowingly meta gamed I would kick him (because we don’t have a warm system so we use a kick system) and void everything he did and then log it in the staff discord. If he comes on and continues I would ban him.
You see what I done with that? You only said how you would punish him not what they were doing to break the rule and how you would react and handle it accordingly.

But in conclusion, I think you could stay on the server for a few more weeks (recommenced not mandatory) get to know people more and be a little more discrete with handling disagreements (using PMs) and should proof read this application along with run it through a spell checker. If you do all of the above you would surely make a great member on my team and I would love to have you.

But right now you’re still a bit new and need to get use to the water before jumping in the deep end. If you ever need help with anything thought I’m always reachable at Cadet#3902 on discord. I will come to my finale verdict either this weekend or sooner depending on how you take this constructive criticism.​

-1 Many missing key points. However I agree with Cadet, Dyslexia could be a big factor that could effect your ability to deal with a situation. Reading and Writing is a big thing in staff. However I'm sure with time on the server you can become a viable candidate just give it time and patience.
