Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain)): I was a tmod for Revival Halo RP before. Got removed because I was sick for a good week (To be clear it was 1 week, not 2 so I'm not sure why I was removed) and hadn't said anything to anybody.
How active will you be on the server? Few hours Sun-Fri.

I've been playing on the server for a long time now. I had been a tmod in the past and was removed for 'inactivity'. I really enjoy the server, and it does annoy the hell out of me when people come on and there's no staff that can help. I can definitely be Night shift and will stay on extra time if I would need to. I have 0 warnings on HRP and have never been banned from a Roleplay server. Gmod is where I have been spending most of my gaming time recently. To be honest I've seen some shitty stuff done by staff on the server in my time, it usually happens later at night. I think by working with them I can help reduce those types of actions. I have some how managed to get Spartan so I don't think I'm to misbehaven.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words, No Less):
I plan on being on at least several hours a week. I'll do whatever I can to help when I'm available. I don't plan on being a hardass if I get the job, I think that causes more problems than fixes, but I will be professional when I should be. If everything works out, I plan on being with the server for a long time, as long as I am able. Since I currently don't play any other servers, Revival will have my full attention.

I would start with verbal warnings if the player is not especially mingy. I would then give !warns and kick the player if necessary. If they return and continue I would give appropriate ban(or contact higher staff).
An example of an Fail RP case:
There is an event going on and I see a marine having an improper name and are acting as if this they are not in a warzone, possibly aggravating the people they are with and speaking completely out of character. I'd pull them aside and attempt to help them out and get into the serious mindset. If they continue to Fail RP I would warn them and if it continued further to the point I need to kick them I would.

A new PVT joins the server and acts along until they have a good chance to cause trouble and kill many players, they go to a debrief and start killing their squad. If I was there I would immediately TP them away and jail them. If it looks like there is no redeemable quality in this person and I am sure this is not a one time thing, an appropriate ban would take place.

An example of an trolling case:
There is a few recruits that join at the same time. They give their trainer a bit of trouble and when he calls for staff assistance those recruits act correctly. Later those recruits are minging during a large training exercise and slowing down the process. One discreetly shoots a Naval from a distance and no one realizes who did. The group of recruits blame the shooting on one player they have targeted since they joined. Eventually after enough of these acts it would become apparent that this group is trying to cause trouble in the server. If I caught them and pulled them into a sit and they lied, they would be kicked, maybe worse.

I'm a Halo junkie that's been playing the game my whole life. I'll be a Sophomore student this coming school year. When I finally got Gmod it led me here to this server. Gaming and Martial Arts take up most of my free time. After hitting 11 days on HRP I decided to go for staff for my first time. I'm 15 and have wanted to staff for a server for a long time, but never had time to until recently. I also hate it when I have to tell people about myself. Not sure why, just has always bothered me. I live in Minnesota with a brother in the National guard and divorced parents(Why weekends are bad times).
