Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words): Essentially, Im not better. There is nothing about me that is better than anyone, I am just asking for the ability to do events to help ease everyones bordem. I do not think of myself higher than anyone else. I just want the posistion back that I lost after being stupid, and I miss being apart of the team. I have made mistakes before but I intend to never make those mistakes again. I also already know most of the rules and how most of the tools that we have access to work. I just want to be apart of the team once more as I have something to do besides just running around base.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan on trying my best to do events that will please the community by perfectly combining both roleplay and action. I also plan on giving the players what they want, as meaning if anyone has an event idea I will take it into consideration as to perfectly incorporate the playerbase into the system instead of isolating them and dragging them forward for the ride. This would allow the playerbase to experience what they want instead of what the GM, in this case me, wants.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: cloak,ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,):
!goto - Its essentially TP but to a player instead of bringing them to you
!bring - This does essentially the same thing as TP but under a different name
!send - This would send a player to another one, allowing quick teleportation during events
!slap - This is more of a mingey command but it allows a moderator, or a tgm in this case, to slap a player with their invisible hand.
!Return - This would return someone to their previous position before they were teleported
!Vote - This would start a vote
!Veto - This would veto the result of a vote
!Strip - This would remove all weapons from the targeted player
!SSlay - Unlike the normal slay, it is a different therefore following the rules set, allows the moderator to silently slay the targeted player.
!Ragdoll - It ragdolls the targeted player

In character are things happening in the roleplay scenario while out of character are things that are not in roleplay

To provide the community with fun events to counteract the bordem of passive-rp

I had an idea where this faction that I made up a long time ago make a resurgance. Essentially, they are a scientific group that does research in bioengineering and gene manipulation. They are a completely non-cannon group that start from an event that I was apart of before I joined the team originally. Essentially, another break out of their experiments happens and they send in yet another clean up team. These people essentially need to wipe out their failed experiment before they can dig in and reproduce.
The group is lead by a mysterious person who no one knows the name of, not even the employees that work for them. The group was created just before the human-covie wars and their goal was originally to try and find a way to extend the life time of humans but when the war broke out, their purpose changed into creating bioweapons. Using the native population of the planet in which they are stationed, they test on them to make them more aggressive as well be under the control of their people, only sometimes these test go wrong and they escape. The clean up crew, as they are commonly called by the people who encountered them, are officially called Section 324. A team of elite soldiers coming from all kinds of branches from the UNSC teaming up to prevent outbreaks to engulf the entire planet.
In recent years, their budgiting has been cut due to lack of progress but they seem to be back. They bring new purpose as well, desigining ways to further progress the UNSCMC and the other branches of the armed forces. Their main purpose now unknown, they seem to more secretive than ever before. Perhaps they no longer even work for the UNSC, but that has yet to be seen.

I, Tyler, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I,Tyler , Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if i Tyler am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
