The shallow winds breeze through the grains of the sand from off the ground, dragging it through the air as is slapped against the ridge. The ridge of United States Army F.O.B., home of the most well-trained soldiers in America. Deep inside though lies the recruit room, as sounds of footsteps became louder and louder. The door finally slammed open, appeared a man with a dirty look, giving the recruits the nastiest stare of their lives.
"Recruits against the back wall now, shoulder to shoulder." He yelled in anger.
The man was MSGT. Gunner, he asked every recruits name until the last one.
"What's your name recruit?" Gunner said.
"McCarthy sir, Kai McCarthy." The recruit said with a firm look.
