I may go on LOA for a month at a time from time to time due to some issues in RL at the moment. Though I will post and let all the proper heads know before hand.

I'm twenty four years of age as of this posting. I've been on Gmod since around 2004, 2005ish. I have been staff on many different servers across all of Gmod and other types of games, which you can read about below. I'm a friendly guy who tries to get along with everyone, though some times thats not possible. I can be quite patient at times and very cool headed, being able to dissolve a hot situation with out becoming angry or annoyed myself. I've been staff on Revival Server for about three months back in 2017 before I left due to some IRL issues. Some times these issues come up still and will cause me to go on LOA from time to time. Though I will post a LOA when that happens again. If you wish to know more, feel free to message me on steam, discord, or TS.

I am not staff on any other Gmod server. Though I am the manager / Clan lead of a Gaming community, TJR (The Jolly Roger). It does not interfere with my current Gmod activities.

I have multiple experiances with ULX, Safegaurd, and other types of admin menus. I've used ULX plenty over my ten or so years on Gmod, with staff experiance ranging from a simple mod to a community owner. Below I will list several places that I have been staff.

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays I will not be available from 10 AM - 6 PM EST. Every other day I will be available all day everyday.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I, as I said before, am not a better Candidate then anyone else. I may have more hours and experience then a lot of the people on Garrys Mod at the moment. But that does not mean I am better in any way shape or form. Though some positive traits of mine are the vast amount of experiences I have had in Staffing communities. I can also say I am a Cool-Headed individual as well as fairly patient. I enjoy helping people out and am always willing to learn, grow, and co-operate with other Staff on the Staff Team.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I hope to benefit the server by bringing my Staffing Experience to the server once again. I hope to help with heated situations that some might find to stress full. I'm quite patient and cool headed, so I can deal with almost any situation thrown at me. I hope to help other staff members learn and grow within the staff team, sharing some of my experiences with them or helping them in situation that they find difficult to deal with. I also plan to help during the night shift more often, due to a general lack of staff during those time.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
Again as I've stated many times before. I've had a ton of Staffing Experiences, from being a simple mod to being a Owner of a community. From being a Head GM to a Developer / Coder. I'm a calm, trust worth individual who seems to get along with just about anyone. I've made no enemies on the server and try to befriend all those around me. I try to help out where I can and teach people when they ask for it or even when I simply see they may need help.

1. !Cloak - Cloaks the target. AKA making them invisible
2. !Noclip - Allows the target to noclip, allowing them to fly around and go through anything.
3. !Spectate - Allows you to specate another player without them knowing and without you having to move.
4. !hp - Sets the targets HP
5. !god - Gives God Mode to the Target.

Explain what minging is: The act of doing something non-serious. Running and jumping around the halls, acting in a way that would not suit a Role-play situation. Example Acting like they have down syndrome, something that would not be possible in the Marine Core.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
Lets say a marine is Mic spamming, in this case playing music, and is jumping around the halls. I'd first ask him to cease the Mic Spam and jumping, warning him that if he does not stop it will result in a mute and or a kick. If he continues to Mic spam I'd mute him using the ULX commands and if he continues to jump around, or begin to start other types of minging I'd kick him from the server. Upon him reconnecting I'd keep a eye on him and if he continues to minge around I'd request a ban on him or, if I have the tools, ban him myself.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP Is the act of doing something that you, your character, could not do or would not do.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
Lets say a marine comes onto the server and starts saying he has augmentations as a marine (Without permission), allowing himself to sprint faster, jump higher, and do things a normal marine would not be able to do. - Upon hearing of this I'd immediately pull the Marine in question off to the side. I'd question him on how he got the augmentations and who authorized him to have them. I'd proceed to ask the staff team if they knew who authorized this, just to double check. Upon hearing back from staff and the Command staff for the marines, I'd tell him to drop the act, no Augmentations were allowed within the Marine core. As well as it being completely unauthorized by any of the staff. I'd proceed to tell him to never do this again, other wise it'd lead to a ban.

Random Death Match - The act of killing another player for no to little reason.

A marine is standing in line for Debrief behind all the other marines. He pulls out his Primary Assault Rifle and begins to mass RDM the entire marine line. As he does this I would try to freeze him, strip him, and drag him off to a corner and try to speak to him. Upon getting the details of why he did it, I'd explain to him that he will be getting a 2 week ban due to the Mass RDM. (Or if I do not have the power to ban I'd contact a higher up and get them to do just that. Having him already frozen and stripped in place.)

The act of trying to hinder another players experience on the server, trying to provoke the other players into a negative response.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
Someone ends up climbing onto another players head and continues to use Climb swep to punch them over and over again. The player ends up saying he's calling staff and upon that the Troll begins to make fun of the player. - Upon receiving the call I'd spectate the player in question to see exactly what was going on, as I see the troll unfold I'd hop out of Spectate, drag them off to the side, tell them to not do it again, then proceed with a kick from the server. If they come back onto the server and continue their behavior, I'd end up banning them or getting another staff member to ban them for me.

OOC: Out Of Character - Doing things you, yourself would do, not your character. Example is, speaking of a new job you just got at the local corner store.
IC: In Character - Roleplaying a character from a set universe. Example - A staff Sergeant Orders his marines to move across the desert, "Marines, move in a Diamond formation across the desert, Keep your eyes peeled."
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
I'd pull the two off to the side and tell them to stop immediately. I'd also investigate what the issue was then proceed to warn them and tell them If they have a issue with each other to bring it to PM's and leave it out of IC and OOC chat. Anything taken from OOC could possibly be considered meta-gaming and could lead to a possible kick. If they again, continued and brought it back into IC matters I'd pull them to the side once more, tell them that they will be kicked and to come back to the server once they have both cooled down.
