Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am an experienced manager of staff and servers, but due to this I have never had much staffing experience. If I were to describe myself would say I am a quick learner, someone who does know when to be serious and not so serious, and a dedicated member of this community. I believe fairness is a very important trait to have when staffing and I strive to be as fair as possible.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am an experienced member of staff and I know what I am doing. I will pick up on any training additionally needed relatively fast. I have no reason to abuse my powers, doing so would just hurt my reputation. I take everything I do seriously and that will expand to staff. I understand that staff intervention is not always necessary. I understand that my job of staff is to work for the community and not for my own gain, I want to provide the player base with the most enjoyable and serious experience they can have. I will punish everyone accordingly no special treatment or special punishment.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I want to help keep the server stable and minge free for the players. I will respond to any situation in an unbiased manner, I believe fairness is a very important trait to have. I don’t give anyone special treatment, I will not let people I know get off the hook simply because they know me. I will respond to as many tickets as I can and respond to each of them with the proper action.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I am new to the server, I have no grudges or bad opinions of anyone. I believe myself a fair person, I try my hardest to treat everyone the same no matter who they are. I am experienced in staffing and have learned a lot over the years. I am applying for staff simply to help the community not to gain any in game permissions or power.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Talk to the player, see if they can be reasoned with. If they will not attempt to be serious I will reference any sort of punishment guide or just simply kick them
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Acting unrealistic in a roleplay situation or just ignoring parts of RP. Example, someone being stripped of weapons and comms but they whip out a gun and shooting people
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): In my opinion if I were staff I would let most situations be solved by players. My job as staff would be to make sure that people have an enjoyable experience on the server and stop players that want to sour that experience. I would let the players handle the situation but, I don’t know if staff can do this, I would call a void on any major rp situation that sprung from the situation. If the person is committing failrp because they simply don’t want to rp I would handle the situation more like mingery.

OOC: Out of Character, a Group of people hanging around in the OOC lounge doing stupid stuff
IC: In Character, Having serious rp and responding to situations rationally and logically
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If they brought into IC in a reasonable way then I would let them figure it out IC, but say if they brought it into IC just fight with their IC power then I would respond appropriately.
