Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): I go offline at sudden times without warning something possibly comming up, my computer is slow and I lagg easily.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I do lots of art, and enjoy gaming a lot. When I enjoy something a lot I put a lot of time into it, as of recent it happens to be this server. If I'm not playing the server or doing art, I'm most likely in a call with someone, I talk to people often. Helping them with their problems, as well as getting help from my own. I try to make sure everyone is okay most of the time
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): 2 weeks, 6 days and 6 hours
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: As I have said before, yes. But nothing too serious, and nothing that I'd hope would ruin the server's Roleplay.

I would staff on different chatsites when I had time. An old ones being a site called "Pokemon Showdown".

How will your activity be on the server? I can be on Almost daily, (or nightly in this case) until otherwise. I have no job as of yet, so my time is rather free at the moment, when I do, I will try to juggle it as best as I can. I will be sure to inform the server when that happens.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I'm not going to talk down any other members, but I know what to look for in minges, character breaking and suspicious activity within the server. I have had expedite staffing before, and I have a very good temperment (when I'm not dealing with 20 marines at once), I know when to stop and listen instead of jumping to conclusions. I accept criticism well, as I know that I won't be perfect, but I can pick up how to do a job easily.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I'm on almost most night anyway, and there are still some players on at night, who consider night time to be a way to get away with breaking rules. On my marine I haven't been able to do anything about it, except wait for someone the next day to talk about it, when the deed has already been done. I can take direct action then and there.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I follow orders rather well, don't question others that often. I do know when is a good time to speak up, and the time to stay quiet and listen. I can pick up the idea of what to do quickly, as I've said before, and keep a positive vibe on the server. I can understand people emotionally and figure out how to avoid a problem without letting it arise any further. I'm active and I generally try to be friendly with everyone.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): I'd pull the player aside, and talk to them, letting them know what they are doing is considered minging, and ask them why they are acting that way. I'd given them a verbal warning and send them on their way, the second time would be a kick, and only more after that.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Basicly either "God" modding, doing overpowered things or not letting things happen to you just because you don't want.

Same as the first situation, I'd talk to them first and see the situation, warning them that what they are doing is considered fail rp, give them a verbal warning letting them know what they were doing, and send them back. If it continues I'd give a prompt kick.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would tell them both to stop argueing, and explain to them the diffrence between out of character and in character, reminding them That we're here to enjoy ourselves from out of character situations. If the problem persists, then I would kick whoever was still antagonizing the problem.
