Characters Backstory:
Vex was born around the the 2160s, to a Accountant Mother, Dexana Arterious and a Legionairre Father who bore no known name. Unfortunately, her parents somehow failed to make ends meet with the child's genetics.. therefor making the newborn Vex, born "Samantha" to suit the needs of her once mostly human contact... never developed properly in the brain. Becoming blind and eventually braindead by the time she was five years old. The parents of Samantha sold her to a Medical Facility. Branded as a "Test" subject in their workings. Samantha was assigned the didits [SPECIMEN 28-5543]. Due to her braindamaged state, she was made a donor for dying patient's brain rehabilitation process which transferred the consciousnes from one body to another. Unfortunately, this hasnt happened. Samantha remained in a vegatitave state and open to recipiants for nearly 19 years. Occasionally being experimented on for various vaccines or biochemical enhancements. Eventually, a donor was found for Samantha. The operation to instal the new brain was successful, and a new personality and memories were drafted to the young and untested Turian. Now, her new consciousness assumed the name of Vex nd a new identity. With this young Turian's body as a carrier. Dex began her new life. At first, she was treated with flash training to bring her skills up to par with a Legionairre of the same age. When she was finally discharged from the Medical Facility, Vex searched the stars for the illusive PTFC peacekeeping forces. To join as a simple soldier, a cog in the massive wheel of an army.

Why were they hired by PTFC? : Desperate for hiree's the PTFC hired her to only boost numbers.
