Tell us About Your-self(50+ Words, No Less): Well, I am a 17 year old pro eSports gamer/streamer. I've been playing video games since I was 2 years old. I mainly play FPS games on console but recently switched to PC for CS: GO. The 1st game I ever played was Mech Warrior on an old IBM computer running windows 98.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Well my past is a pretty big factor in why. Though I do not think I am better then others I just think I am more qualified then most. Like I previously explained in this application I owned 3 successful servers that had an average of 60+ people on each of them at once. As well as my open-mindedness and my overall experience in staffing is why I think I should be picked over others.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words, No Less): I plan on bringing my knowledge and my charisma to the team. I can bring down the authoritative hammer, as well as the laughing gas. The way I go about things is a way I have not seen anyone else, ever.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Well, that was all explained in the previous sections but I will restate it. My past is full of many different things that would overwhelm most Gmod players because of the overall weight of sh*t that I have done in my past with this game. Not only that but many people have not gone to the extent that I have.

1. !model - Changes a players model to the one stated in the command.
2. !heath - !armor - These will set your health and armor. (Didn't want to put these separate because that would be cheating)
3. !rcon - Execute a server command
4. !xgui - Allows the customization of your ulx menu
5. !spectate (My Favorite) - Allows the staff to spectate a player or players, while the players cannot see the staff doing so.

Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is when a player is doing something that is either forbidden or that is consider not roleplay. This will affect any and all players that are involved, preventing RP from happening.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Say a MP is chasing someone and someone intervenes. The person who intervenes was never involved in the situation and is blocking the MP from getting the said player that they are trying to arrest. - What I would do is respond to the situation, get both sides of the story. In the case of my example I would verbally warn the person who was not involved, if they continue then I would kick. Then if they continue I would ban.
