Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less) : Im simply the voice of the people!, i think i really know how to guide them and take a leadership position in the community. I should agree that i can apport so many positives things to the server that will help to the growth of a friendly, fresh community that will highlight RevivalServers among the other Garrys Mod servers and Gaming communities, in other words,you should pick me as staff because i know how to manage practical issues of leadership and help the people on the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less) : As i said, i expect to help guide and leader the community to a better ambient altogether with the other members of revival servers forming a respectul, renowned community that can be considerated and can be one of the better gaming experiences not only in Garrys Mod but in Steam and online roleplay games, planning new strategies of staffing and leadership between the leaders.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less) : I stand from others just for my actittude i assume when it comes to problems and situations that can put in danger or discomfort the ones around me. I like to help whenever i want and in a way i can according to my abilities and level of skill in the problem that comes out.

3. !map (map name) just changes the map the server is currently on
4. !spectate (player name) you can supervise and watch what certain player is doing from his perspective
5. !vote (title of votacion) (options) creates a votacion where players can decide a certain option for a certain subject (example: change map, event, ban or kick someone etc)

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail) : first, if i get the report of a player minging in the server, i bring it to me to explain the situation and why he do it, if it goes well i give it a warn and bring it back, if he does it again depending on the gravity of the situation i will decide if i kick him, give him another warning, jail him, or give him a ban for X number of hours, days.
Explain what FailRP is in detail : FailRp is basically doing things that get out of context, of the character, faction, group, era or roleplay tematic of the server. such as metagaming, minging, RDM, breaking NLR and so on.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff (Give a Situation in Detail) : "proplayer69" joins ONI facton (somehow), first thing he do is leave base without permission, break silent bow, do act_dance. wich isnt how a ONI will behave in a RP situation, i give him a warn, i he do it again i consider a kick, a PK or a ban.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail) : Imagine theres this guy "proplayer69", he joins RS HaloRP server, gets trained and enters as UNSCMC PVT, later on he decides to start killing SoS players without a reason wich its RDM, i will bring him to me and jail him, let him explains why he does it, depending on the answer i will proceed to give him a warn, if he do it again then i will consider a kick or a ban for X number of hours, days.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail) : so "proplayer69" and "noobmaster38" discuss OOC on how theyre better than the other irl, proplayer tells that "his mom looks like a fat cow", noobmaster responds back with "atleast im not a broke ass crackhead", then proplayer attacks and kills noobmaster IC claiming he was a traitor of the UNSCMC and hell get him arrested, if noobmaster reports the situation to me, ill bring them both and let them explain what happened, according to their previous warns, i proceed with another warn, kick or ban.
