Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less):
I like to RP and interact with people, talk and know whats going on. While I'm usually a very calm person if people cause problems, I'll typically deal with it as necessary for the situation. Most of the time however, I sit back and do my job until something happens, upon which I'll move to correct it quickly. I believe that people should get a second chance but they must be truthful. If you break the rules and continue to do so however, you must be punished.

I try to be active every day
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I am available almost every day of the week after roughly 4pm on week days and earlier on weekends, I typically get off at around 9-10 on week days but on weekends I am on most of the night into around the 3am range.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I feel like I am a better candidate than others due to my fair treatment of everyone and unbending attitude. If someone messes up then they deserve a chance to make up for it unless it is something major. During which case they will be dealt with as outlined by the rules of the server depending on the incident in question. I am also a good problem solver and enjoy working out disputes. Along side this I feel like I am a very trustworthy individual and I will carry a job through till it is finished.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I will help out the server by ensuring the rules of the server are enforced allowing people to have a good time and ensure those who would ruin everyone else's time are properly dealt with. I will also try to help settle disputes when needed to ensure things don't get out of hand. In the end I want to ensure no one is discouraged from being on the server due to issues that a moderator can solve.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I stand out with others because my no nonsense attitude yet relaxed disposition. I'm easily able to put myself in a 3rd party perspective and deal with issues neutrally and crack down on the rules when necessary. I also due to my role in ONI care quite a bit about the well being of the server and that everyone is rping without ruining other people’s time.

The person will be kicked if they repeat this and if they come back and do it again, banned.

If two people were fighting in OOC and then it turned IC, I would interject, telling them to stop it and take it into dm's and not bring it into an IC again, if they do then punish them via a kick.
