Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm currently in an IT academy at my high school. I have taken classes like Computer Systems and Networking. Currently I am working a summer job as a camp counselor watching over a few kids during the day from 8:30 to 2 EST. While I don't keep a large group of friends, both on and off the server, I do have ones that I can rely on when I need them.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a better candidate than other candidates due to the amount of time I have spent on Garry's Mod. I currently have 3297 hours on Garry's Mod total. Throughout that time I have learned how to build using Garry's Mod's mechanics (tools like precision, stacker, and as well as using Shift+E on the physgun), I have grown used to the general Garry's Mod audience, allowing me to identify easier the players who are here to ruin other's time, and the players who are here to make friends and RP. This experience has also shown me that there can still be newcomers to Garry's Mod, and that you may need to take a little extra time to show them the ropes so that they can enjoy their time on the server.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): As I stated earlier in the application I will be available during the earlier parts of the day, in which I will be able to assist the player base when other staff may not be available at the time. I will also attempt to help players by being available to spawn props for training, teaching new players climbswep, or even get people that are new to Garry's Mod to understand what we do and enjoy their time, therefore keeping them on the server and increasing available RP.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Something that makes me stand out from a lot of other people is my ability to listen to others. I feel that more and more people tend to get ignored and people get left out of all different types of things. An example of this is during staff issues where punishment needs to be made. I will always try to hear out both sides of the argument before deciding, no matter who they are or how long they have been playing.

Explain what minging is: Minging is ruining RP experiences
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
A player is using an elite medic class, and is constantly trying to annoy others by blocking their formations, interrupting training, mic spamming and entering areas just to annoy the people protecting them. First I would gag and mute them so that they can no longer bother other players in that regard, after that I would bring them to a secluded area of the map and begin asking them why they are minging. While I am talking to them they ignore me and begin trying to escape from the sit. I would freeze them, and then bring them back. while trying to ask them again what they are trying to get out of their actions, however this time in chat in case they are not using a headset. At this point they would begin using the kill command in console to escape the sit, and at that point it would be absolutely clear that there is no point in trying to have a conversation with them and i would issue them a kick. At this point the player would not return, and I would keep a note of the players name, and steam name.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP consist of doing anything that your character would not normally do, specifically attempting med RP while not certified, attempting to say you are a URF spy, not submitting to FearRP, and using vehicles you are not permitted to use.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A JCMED certified Marine is currently inside of the med bay, and is attempting to perform surgery on another marine while a surgeon is inside of the base. At first I would approach the marine in my RP character. I would ask him why he is trying to perform a surgery while he is not qualified and a surgeon is on. At this point he would not respond, and would continue with /mes. Since he might not have a headset on I would attempt to type to him asking the same questing as before while trying to get his attention with my player model. When he does not respond again I would pull him aside, while radioing in for the surgeon on base to do the surgery. while I have him aside he would begin to try to explain to me how he wants to be a surgeon, but no one will train him. I would ask him to wait a moment and I would contact the head of surgeons and tell him that there is a marine that wishes to be trained as a surgeon. After I message the head surgeon I would return to the marine and inform him that the head surgeon knows he wants training. I would also explain to him that he can't do any more surgeries until he is trained. I would then let him go while keeping an eye on him using !spectate.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM stands for Random Death Match and is when a player attempts to kill another player that is on their team by any meant.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): An SoS RNG Major Unggoy is standing still in the center of the UNSC base. While he is there a marine private begins asking the major questions about SoS, and grunts. The player would then kill the marine with his needler, and attempt to move back to the SoS base. Noticing this while I was cloaked and on duty I would then pull the Unggoy aside and ask him why he killed the marine so as to hear his reasoning. When he tells me that he tends to have issues with his anger, and that it can build up quickly without him realizing I would try to talk to him to see if he has any ways he would normally let out anger. When he tells me he has a stress ball he normally uses during school I would ask him if he has it with him while he plays games. He says that he does not keep it with him because he would then forget to bring it to school. I tell him to ask his parents if he could get another one for while he is playing games. After that I would let him go with a warning, and keep an eye on him.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is the targeting of players and trying to get a reaction out of them.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A player was arrested and is being given PT. The player protests the PT by trying to find loopholes, and get it done quicker. In return the NCO giving the PT makes it harder, and has it take longer. Once the PT is completed the player begins to follow the NCO around, interrupting him when he is using voice chat, and trying to interrupt the NCO's RP. After a few minutes of this the NCO would get tired of the player's actions and would then create a ticket for a staff to help out. I would arrive, and pull the NCO aside, asking him for what is happening. once he tells me his side of the story I would then pull aside the other player to a different location, and ask him for his side of the story. Once both have told me their sides of the story I would decide that the NCO was in the right for asking for the staff and would ask the player to stop bothering the NCO. The NCO and player would stop interacting with each other after the warning.

OOC: OOC stands for out of character and is when you are not RPing, most commonly in /ooc or //.
Situation: A freelancer enjoyed the activity that a GM put together for the freelancers, and thanks him for his work in the ooc chat.
IC: Any situation that is done in RP, it is someone doing something their character would normally do.
Situation: An ONI S2 gathering photos for a press release about how the UNSC base has been running lately.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If two players were arguing in OOC about whether or not the event included enough for all of the factions, and the GM threatened to name PK the other player with one of their classes I would report the GM to his faction leader, and inform him that bringing OOC matters into IC is not professional, and should not happen again.
