I am currently staff on Revival Military Roleplay, however it is currently not an open server and won't be for some time. I am not willing to giving it up as I would be abandoning that server before it has a chance to get started.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.): I have staffed more GMOD servers than I care to count. If you talked to me in voice chat it would be more convenient for me to try and last off as many as I can, however I have 4 years of playing this game and 12k hours, so take from that what you will.
How active will you be on the server?: As it stands, I'm on nearly everyday, and I will continue that same rate of activity.
Days,Hours Of Availability: On weekdays, more than likely at 3:45-11:00pm. On weekends, my activity tend to be more random, but longer in length.
Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
To be blatant, Garry's Mod is pretty much the only activity I do while in my house, generally I'm a no life, I also usually only stick to one server while playing. In short, dedication.
Secondly, I have ample experience being gamemaker for RP servers, and I consider myself quite creative. I'm in a sense a I'm a day dreamer, and I think up stories when I'm bored, which is often.
I have been in this community for a very long time (since Darth Gaming MRP) and I know how to be an efficient member of its staff teams.
I have drive to create an interesting story. I'm very well read, and am able to draw on examples of good storytelling to enrich my own ideas with concepts that are able to draw in players who are able to participate in these events.
I have been a GM on the server before, and hold many events to my name. I resigned however due to the state of the server being more chaotic at that time and because of real life stresses.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
That said, I enjoy this server and especialy the people in it, and I feel like I could give a story that the players could invest themselves in. I would also just like to help other game makers achieve their vision of their event, and be able to assist them in making it as good as they dreamed it up to be. My goal is provide an experience that strays from the generic, and one that players can look forward to.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: cloak,ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,):
!jailtp - teleports a player to a location you're looking at, while also making that player appear in that location confined in a caged.
!send - allows you to tp a specified player to another player other than yourself
!ignite - sets a player ablaze for a specified time
!vote - allows the users of the command to broadcast a box with a subject and options to choose from, the highest chosen option appearing in chat and name the winner of said vote
!return - after teleportign a player, you can send them to wherever they were before teleportation
!hp - allows you to set a players health
!armor - allows you to set a buffer to a players hp, which will negate some damage to a players health
!god - allows the staff member to make a player or themself immune to all damage
@ - replaces "!" and negates the need to enter a players name after the command, because it targets whoever the staff is looking at
^ - replaces "!" and allows the staff to immediately target themself with a command
What is In character and what is Out of character?
In character is an RP state, which is always active, unless in a staff situation or sit
Out of Character is the state of not RP'ing, allows you to stop personfying yourself as the character you are protraying in situations of need,

Yes, and one of my main goals is to assist team members in realizing their events.
What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
To provide a story relative to what we are RP'ing that is both interesting, fun, and enhances RP. A game maker can generally be expected to alleviate the boredom of players who may not enjoy simple on base RP, the game maker should do this with a well planned and interesting mission that challenges the players as a whole, and individually.

I plan on making an event that embodies chaos. This event will be centered around the retaking of the capital city, "Vulcan", of the industrial planet called X39Z. The main objective will be to retake four important strongholds around the map that are essential to defending the city, with a side objective of retrieving captive civilians.
This city is being held by insurrectionist forces who are using slave labor, and overextending the cities power supplies and diverting them to mining equipment, making other essential infrastructure of the city unavailable. Not only are the insurrectionists holding, but a small desperate fleet of covenant are after the planet as well. These covenant have suffered high damage to their ships in fights with the UNSC and plan on using the planets metal to create alloy to patch up their ships. As stated earlier, the isurrectionists irresponsable use of the city's power creates problems of its own, one such being that a wall surrounding the city designed to keep hostile native species out has run out of power and whose downed defense systems useless.
The UNSC forces will be challenged to organize themselves in events which they have not prepared for. None of them have experienced four different forces in one location all vying for control. The UNSC will have to adapt multiple times during this mission, whether they are getting charged by an angry beast, slashed with a sword by a cloaker, or shot by insurrectionist commandos. It is up to the UNSC to put their heads together to find a viable plan that gets civilians out alive, and retake four points of interest.
I Zed Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Eternal, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I,Zed, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I, Zed, am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
