My name is David I am 23 years old up incoming Chef. I work at a Senior memory care facility as a personal chef. I command the kitchen under supervision of the head chef, yes I am the sous chef. I believe I am a better candidate Because I am Very active and have had Experience in the staffing field. I hold staffing to its highest regard meaning I always put staff first because it will make the RP scenarios easier for everyone. I wish to see this server grow with a strong community and I think with my supervision I can help reduce mingies and keep more players on the server by being a fair and just person. I never force my will onto others as I feel it is highly ineffective.

2.!cloak - This allows players to go invisible which should be used while nocliped
3.!give - with the correct item code you can give your self and other players custom weapons they don't already have
4.!uncloak - This makes a player see able once again if there already were cloaked
5.!freeze - This makes a player lose his/her ability to move around but can still look so it can be useful stopping a Mass RDM'er or someone trying to run away from an admin sit

A minge is someone who holds no regard for server rules and there the only objective is to RUIN the given Rp by either Mass RDM'ing failing to follow server rules ECT
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
When it comes to minging I tend to get to the issue and deal with it. If a Marine was running around and screaming, I simply tend to gag, jail, and kick. Quick and Simple. Things can get more complicated of course, whatever is required, is required.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRp is Failure to Roleplay properly, as we are a Serious RP server. This would be related to users purposefully doing something contrary to the lore or rules of the server dealing with RP.

With RDM, Accidental gets a verbal warning. On Purpose, they get a day to three-day ban. A lot of the times there is a Full PK involved also.

RDM is known as Random Death Match. It is the intentional killing/taking the life of another player.

If someone is trolling another person I would immediately tell them to stop doing so and explain why they should. If they continued to troll someone they will be kicked or banned depending on how many times this has happened and severity.

In-character is when you are speaking from the voice of your character, either in voice chat or text chat. They are both suitable forms of communication for in-character.
Out-Of-Character is when you are speaking from a real-life point of view, either speaking about events in real life, or speaking of lore from a different perspective that your in-game character currently doesn't know, however OOC is only to be used for text chat mostly, and some servers consider it FAILRP when voice chat is used for OOC things.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
I would first warn them to stop as they are Metagaming and try to figure out what the situation is and attempt to help resolve the situation so it doesn't escalate any further.
