Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I’m at the end of my rope with Gmod here, this community is more than likely the last time I’ll staff or even play on a server for. But as I am with all other roles, I will do my job and I’ll be loyal. This is my second time retaining a role in this community, the first time was my 9 month stint here as the first Networking Director in which I was assigned to Halo, I was also the last Executive from Sanctuary to remain in this community full time.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why? Community Ban, and it’s a personal thing between myself, Kingharsh, and William. All that matters is that I have since been unbanned.
How will your activity be on the server? At least 5 days a week for around a minimum of 4 hours a day.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): With my ever-changing schedule, all that I can confirm for sure is that I’ll almost always available to be on from 6 to at least 11 every night. This of course fluctuates.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): As a former Networking Director assigned to this server, I have an extensive amount of knowledge about this server and it’s factions. I am friendly with most, if not all, faction high ups, therefore allowing me to inform them of any problematic or mingey players in their midst. In most cases, faction leads tend to want to internally handle their own situations if possible, or at least be aware of the situations. I can easily inform them without having to be hunted down.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to help the server by helping out more extensively with the garden variety minges, RDMers, and trolls. In addition, if requested, I can help trainers out by handling minges before they get trained. I also intend to make myself available to get onto the server whenever necessary, because at the end of the day, I was one of the creators of this server, so I care wholeheartedly about what happens to it.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): As a person, I tend to know of an issue before it happens or as it brews, I’m a problem solver, so I know how to both identify these issues and take steps to resolve it. I also have extensive experience with management, so although I’m not actively looking for added responsibility, I can handle it when necessary.

Explain what minging is: To put it bluntly, Minges are people on Garry's Mod who fuck around for their own personal amusement.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): For this example, take once again Marine A and Marine B. Marine A just bought Garry’s mod because he saw his favorite youtuber fucking around on some Gmod servers. Marine B is a normal, 700 hour or more player. Marine A most gross and out-of-RP noises in Marine B’s ear. Marine B calls for staff. Most minges stop after people take them aside and talk to them, the trick to most is to come at them calmly and tell them in subtle terms that their behavior won’t be tolerated, most understand and shape up, however, others can require more force applied to the situation for them to stop or simply leave. Marine A is the former, I simply correct his behavior, he stops his behavior, and I leave.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: In essence, it's an event surrounding an action that your character commits that is not probable.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): For this example we’ll just need Marine A. Marine A fails to follow the ROE and discharges his weapon before being fired upon. I spot this and remind him of his ROE and then verbally warn him not to do it again. I then move on or, if not otherwise occupied, watch from a distance.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Take a Marine PVT who's just been trained. He loads into the bunks with his weapon out and accidently (for this instance there is no foul play) gunned down a Marine CPL in front of him. I would take the PVT and the CPL to a more private area and get the details. In most instances the Corporal would forgive the PVT and ask me to let the Private off with a warning, I would likely comply due to the circumstances surrounding the incident, but in the instance that the Corporal isn’t forgiving the Private I would calmly explain to the Private why he was being kicked and that this isn’t an extended punishment and that he could rejoin. I would then kick the Private and return the Corporal to his original position and report back to my post.

In most cases, I’d pull the player aside and talk to them and about the consequences that can come with acting in this manner. In more extreme instances, however, the player will simply continue to troll, no matter what I say to attempt to dissuade him.

Marine A just told Marine B that he was gonna get promoted over him. Marine B then gets entirely unrealistically angry over this and then guns Marine A down in cold blood. I would then take both of them into a sit and first calm down Marine B, explain to him that he can’t just gun down Marine A over that, and then I would kick Marine B for RDM after an in-depth explanation that he can’t do that and return Marine A.
